带压作业装备与工艺技术研究

【摘要】:本文主要是介绍吉林油田带压作业装置的发展历史和国内外带压作业发展的一些基本现状。重点介绍近几年间的带压作业装备与技术的发展革新、与在一些新领域的拓展应用。带压作业是指在井筒内有压力、有油气的情况下,依靠特种作业装备实施起下管杆、配件,井筒修理及增产措施的井下作业技术。它是针对高压油水井维护作业施工难度大而研发的一种新型井下作业工艺技求,并配套完善带压作业设备及相关工具配件。该技术主要解决高压水井、自喷油井,新射孔和压裂井的作业难题,避免油层污染,缩短作业占井时闯,节约施工费用,提高了日注水量和产油量。它能有效避免作业过程中压井对油层产生的污染,保护油气层,简化作业施工工序,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the development history of pressure operation device in Jilin Oilfield and some basic situation of pressure operation at home and abroad. This paper mainly introduces the development and innovation of pressure operation equipment and technology in recent years, and its expansion and application in some new fields. Pressure operation refers to the downhole operation technology which relies on special operation equipment to carry out pipe rod, accessories, wellbore repair and increase production measures in the case of pressure and oil and gas in the wellbore. It is a new type of downhole operation technology developed in view of the difficulty of maintenance and construction of high pressure oil and water wells, and the matching and improvement of pressure operation equipment and related tool accessories. This technology mainly solves the operation problems of high pressure water wells, self-injection wells, new perforation and fracturing wells, avoids reservoir pollution, shortens the operation time of the well, saves the construction cost, and improves the daily water injection and oil production. It can effectively avoid the pollution of oil layer caused by killing wells, protect oil and gas reservoirs, simplify the operation and construction process, improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
