THFS-Ⅰ硫化型重整预加氢催化剂的开发与性能研究

【摘要】：简要介绍了中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司自主开发的THFS-Ⅰ硫化型重整预加氢催化剂并对其性能做了研究,研究结果表明,THFS-Ⅰ加氢脱硫脱氮活性和稳定性均优于氧化型参比剂,其活化过程中几乎没有硫化氢产生,减少了催化剂活化过程中硫化氢对设备的腐蚀和环境的污染,开工过程更高效环保。该催化剂于2015年11月在中海石油舟山石化有限公司80万t/a重整预加氢装置上成功实现首次工业应用,工业应用结果表明:THFS-Ⅰ具有原料适应性强、加氢脱硫脱氮活性高和稳定性好的优点,是一种新型、高效加工高氮劣质石脑油的加氢催化剂。
