偏心回转油气混输泵关键部位摩擦特性分析

【摘要】:提出一种新型的偏心回转油气混输泵,介绍了该泵的工作原理及结构特点。根据该泵主要运动部件的运动规律和力学特性,导出各运动部件的运动、受力的计算公式,推导出该泵关键部位摩擦力及摩擦功耗随主轴转角的变化关系,分析了主要结构参数对泵的摩擦特性的影响。结果表明:偏心回转油气混输泵滑板圆头端的摩擦功耗低于滑板摩擦功耗的2%;泵的摩擦功耗随着相对偏心距的增大而增大,油缸相对高度对该泵摩擦功耗的影响可以忽略不计。研究结果为偏心回转油气混输泵的优化设计提供了理论基础。
[Abstract]:A new type of eccentric rotary oil and gas mixed transportation pump is proposed, and the working principle and structural characteristics of the pump are introduced. According to the motion law and mechanical characteristics of the main moving parts of the pump, the formulas for calculating the motion and force of each moving part are derived, the relationship between the friction force and friction power consumption of the key parts of the pump and the rotation angle of the spindle is deduced, and the influence of the main structural parameters on the friction characteristics of the pump is analyzed. The results show that the friction power consumption at the round end of the slide plate of the eccentric rotary oil and gas mixed transportation pump is less than 2% of the friction power consumption of the slide plate, and the friction power consumption of the pump increases with the increase of the relative eccentricity, and the influence of the relative height of the cylinder on the friction power consumption of the pump can be ignored. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of eccentric rotary oil and gas mixed pump.
