天然气管道检测器速度控制装置研制及应用

【摘要】:管道检测器利用管道内介质产生的压力实现自运行,完成对管道缺陷的检测。为保证检测器的检测精度,要求其运行速度不高于5 m/s。由于天然气管道介质流速过快,提出了搭载速度控制装置调节检测器运行速度的方法,介绍了速度控制装置工作原理,研制了扇叶型和锥筒型两种通过控制泄流通道面积来调节检测器运行速度的速度控制装置,通过将里程轮提供的速度信号与控制程序预设速度区间进行实时对比,利用电机提供的驱动力控制速度控制装置的运行,实现对检测器运行速度的实时调控,将速度调节至预设区间内。该装置通过了试验与工业化应用,工作正常,可满足工业现场工况条件。
[Abstract]:The pipeline detector realizes self-operation by using the pressure generated by the medium in the pipeline to complete the detection of pipeline defects. In order to ensure the detection accuracy of the detector, the running speed of the detector is not higher than 5 m / s. Because the medium velocity of natural gas pipeline is too fast, the method of carrying speed control device to adjust the running speed of detector is put forward, the working principle of speed control device is introduced, and two kinds of speed control devices, fan blade type and cone tube type, which adjust the running speed of detector by controlling the area of discharge channel, are developed, and the speed signal provided by odometer is compared with the preset speed range of control program in real time. The driving force provided by the motor is used to control the operation of the speed control device to realize the real-time control of the running speed of the detector and adjust the speed to the preset range. The device has passed the test and industrial application, and works normally, which can meet the working conditions of the industrial field.
