吉林油田氮气泡沫酸化技术研究与应用

【摘要】:吉林油田为低压、低孔、低渗油藏,随着油田开发的不断深入,常规的开采技术不能有效的改善低渗层,并且返排较困难,易造成油层二次污染。泡沫酸具有均匀布酸、优先进入油层、密度低、液柱压力低、返排能力强、携带能力强、对地层伤害小、酸液有效作用距离长、施工简单、经济效益高等特点。通过引进制氮、注氮设备和泡沫发生器,开展了对氮气泡沫增产工艺技术的研究,并在油田现场得到了很好的验证,取得了明显的增产效果和经济效益。吉林油气田开发进入中后期,油藏压力降低,地层亏空漏失现象严重,给油田稳产和增产带来许多困难,吉林油田所采用的一些常规工艺措施远远不能满足生产的需要。结合吉林油田的实际情况,目前,酸化主要存在着以下几个问题:1、对于非均质地层,酸液优先进入高渗层,使得低渗层不能得到有效改善;2、对于油水同层的地层,酸液会优先进入水层,使得酸化后含水迅速上升,油井产油量下降;3、对于低压油井,酸化后残酸返排困难,容易形成二次污染,影响酸化效果;把泡沫流体的特性与酸化液和压裂液有效的结合起来,形成新的工作流体,可大大提高吉林油田的酸化、压裂技术水平,整体提高措施的成功率和有效率。
[Abstract]:Jilin Oilfield is a low pressure, low porosity and low permeability reservoir. With the deepening of oil field development, conventional production technology can not effectively improve the low permeability layer, and it is difficult to return to discharge, which is easy to cause secondary pollution of the reservoir. Foam acid has the characteristics of uniform acid distribution, preferential entry into oil layer, low density, low liquid column pressure, strong drainage ability, strong carrying ability, small damage to formation, long effective action distance of acid liquid, simple construction and high economic benefit. Through the introduction of nitrogen production, nitrogen injection equipment and foam generator, the process technology of increasing production of nitrogen foam has been studied, and it has been well verified in the field of oil field, and obvious effect of increasing production and economic benefit have been obtained. In the middle and late stage of Jilin oil and gas field development, the reservoir pressure is reduced and the formation loss is serious, which brings many difficulties to the stable production and production increase of Jilin oil field. Some conventional technological measures adopted in Jilin oil field are far from meeting the needs of production. Combined with the actual situation of Jilin Oilfield, at present, there are the following problems in acidizing: (1) for heterogeneous formation, acid liquid first enters the high permeability layer, which makes the low permeability layer can not be effectively improved; (2) for the formation with the same layer of oil and water, the acid liquid will enter the water layer first, which makes the water cut rise rapidly after acidizing and the oil production of oil well decreases. 3. For low pressure oil wells, it is difficult to return residual acid after acidizing, which is easy to form secondary pollution and affect acidizing effect. Combining the characteristics of foam fluid with acidified fluid and fracturing fluid effectively to form new working fluid can greatly improve the acidizing and fracturing technical level of Jilin Oilfield, and improve the success rate and efficiency of the measures as a whole.
