广西LNG项目输气管道工艺计算及分析研究

【摘要】:广西壮族自治区近10年来发生了巨大的变化,广西作为国内泛珠三角、西南出海通道、北部湾经济带的主体构成部分,西部大开发的前沿省份,将逐渐成为我国西南地区新的经济增长极。广西LNG项目的建设将促进广西经济又好又快发展,并将有利于广西实现能源结构的优化,有利于广西人民生活的提高。本文通过公式计算和软件分析的方式相结合,建立物理模型,对广西LNG外输管道的稳态进行分析;利用市场数据,对调峰需求量进行预测,分别对一期投产、一期达产和二期达产工况下的各站流量和压力进行分析,明确管径设置是否合理;对外输管线的压力最不利点进行设置,确定其余各站的压力和流量是否满足要求;对外输管道输气能力、自救能力、末端储气能力等进行分析,确定方案是否可行。利用软件对LNG气化后的0℃天然气出站管线进行热力场分析,确定是否影响地面的相关生产生活活动;同时对是否设置内涂层进行管道最大输气能力的计算分析,提出合理化建议。
[Abstract]:Great changes have taken place in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region in the past 10 years. Guangxi, as the main component of the domestic Pan-Pearl River Delta, southwest sea passage, Beibu Gulf economic belt, and the frontier provinces of the great development of the western region, will gradually become a new economic growth pole in southwest China. The construction of Guangxi LNG project will promote the good and rapid development of Guangxi economy, and will be beneficial to the optimization of energy structure and the improvement of people's life in Guangxi. In this paper, through the combination of formula calculation and software analysis, the physical model is established to analyze the steady state of Guangxi LNG pipeline, and the demand for peak shaving is predicted by using market data, and the flow and pressure of each station in the first stage, the first stage and the second stage are analyzed respectively, and whether the pipe diameter setting is reasonable or not. The pressure of the external pipeline is set up to determine whether the pressure and flow rate of the other stations meet the requirements, and the gas transmission capacity, self-rescue capacity and terminal gas storage capacity of the external pipeline are analyzed to determine whether the scheme is feasible.
