油田注汽锅炉吹灰系统的研究与应用

【摘要】:辽河油田现有注汽锅炉347台,大部分已运行15年以上,由于缺少必要的技术手段,锅炉热效率已有不同程度的降低,造成锅炉热效率降低的主要原因是烟温高,烟气指标没有在最佳状态,为了解决锅炉热效率降低这个实际难题,本课题开展了“注汽锅炉脉动在线吹灰技术研究与应用”,完成了在线燃气脉冲吹灰降低排烟温度装置研制,通过大量的室内试验工作表明,该装置能够实现在线吹灰,使烟气温度由最高时的360℃下降到250℃以下,下降幅度达到100℃以上,效果明显,因此,该装置能够有效地提高锅炉的热效率。在线燃气脉冲的发生器在吹灰装置的下游,是燃气发生爆燃的主要的空间。本论文利用FLUENT软件,对吹灰装置进行了数值模拟,得到了发生器内的流场分布,计算出发生器内的燃烧过程中温度分布和压力分布,以及不同点火位置时的温度和速度云图,通过云图分析得到发现,在中心点点燃时,火焰温度更高,反应更剧烈,因此装置中优先选择了中心点点火方式。

[Abstract]:There are 347 steam injection boilers in Liaohe Oilfield, most of which have been in operation for more than 15 years. Due to the lack of necessary technical means, the thermal efficiency of boilers has been reduced to varying degrees. The main reasons for the decrease of boiler thermal efficiency are the high smoke temperature and the lack of smoke index in the best state. In order to solve the practical problem of boiler thermal efficiency reduction, this paper has carried out the research and application of pulsating on-line soot blowing technology of steam injection boilers. The on-line gas pulse soot blowing device for reducing smoke exhaust temperature has been developed. a large number of laboratory tests show that the device can realize on-line soot blowing, and the flue gas temperature can be reduced from 360 鈩,
