深探井钻井技术在辽河双南区块的应用

【摘要】:随着辽河油区勘探开发的发展,向深层寻找油气发现成为趋势,双南区块成为一个新的勘探开发重点。由于双南区块地层复杂,随着探井钻井深度的增加,钻井难度不断增大,如深部地层机械钻速慢、防斜打直矛盾突出、泥岩井壁稳定性差、井下高温影响钻井液性能和工具寿命、井控风险大等,对安全快速钻井施工提出了新的挑战。本文主要针对双南区块深探井施工中存在的困难和技术瓶颈展开研究,与现场施工实际相结合,实验了防斜打直技术、高效钻头优选技术、高压喷射钻井技术、双摆提速钻具+PDC复合钻进技术等,并取得了初步成果,对今后辽河油区深井钻井提速具有借鉴意义。

[Abstract]:With the development of exploration and development in Liaohe oil area, it has become a trend to find oil and gas in deep layer, and Shuangnan block has become a new focus of exploration and development. Because of the complex formation of Shuangnan block, with the increase of drilling depth, the difficulty of drilling is increasing, such as the slow drilling speed of deep formation machinery, the prominent contradiction of anti-oblique straightening, the poor stability of mudstone wellbore, the influence of downhole high temperature on drilling fluid performance and tool life, and the great risk of well control, which poses new challenges to safe and rapid drilling construction. In this paper, the difficulties and technical bottlenecks existing in the construction of deep exploration wells in Shuangnan block are studied, combined with the field construction practice, the anti-oblique straightening technology, the high efficiency bit optimization technology, the high pressure jet drilling technology, the double pendulum speed-raising drilling tool PDC composite drilling technology and so on are tested, and the preliminary results are obtained, which can be used for reference for the future deep well drilling speed increase in Liaohe oil area.
