炼油厂高温油泵机械密封泄漏原因分析及对策

【摘要】：当前石油化工炼油厂使用的高温介质泵大部分使用的是金属波纹管机械密封,机械密封的动、静环接触面上的摩擦热容易造成干摩擦或产生较大的温度梯度,从而使密封环产生过大的热应力导致密封端面磨损变形,严重时会出现热裂纹,造成机械密封的严重泄漏。本文结合具体实例详细介绍了金属波纹管机械密封的结构原理,并对金属波纹管机械密封端面温度及应力场进行了模拟分析研究,提出了改进措施,对于机械密封的设计和制造及其应用具有理论指导和现实意义。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the high temperature medium pumps used in petrochemical refineries use metal bellows mechanical seal, the movement of mechanical seal, the friction heat on the contact surface of static ring is easy to cause dry friction or produce large temperature gradient, which leads to excessive thermal stress of seal ring, resulting in wear and deformation of seal end face, and in serious cases, thermal crack will occur, resulting in serious leakage of mechanical seal. In this paper, the structure principle of metal bellows mechanical seal is introduced in detail with a concrete example, and the temperature and stress field of the end face of metal bellows mechanical seal are simulated and studied, and the improvement measures are put forward, which has theoretical guidance and practical significance for the design, manufacture and application of mechanical seal.
