高分辨太阳软X射线CCD传感器系统设计与实现

【摘要】:太阳软X射线观测是获得高温等离子体温度、密度、运动速度等重要参数的有效途径,对研究太阳耀斑爆发及演化过程的加热机制及其动力学行为具有极其重要的研究价值。本论文基于高分辨率太阳软X射线综合谱仪的研制需求,结合国内外的太阳软X射线分立谱线观测技术经验和现代软X射线CCD技术,提出了通过弯面晶体布拉格衍射实现1~10ke V软X射线分立谱线探测的方案,并研制了一套软X射线CCD传感器读出电路系统。论文主要介绍了软X射线CCD的读出电路系统的电子学软硬件设计。FPGA产生CCD工作需要的驱动时序,ADCDS1603芯片对CCD的输出信号进行模数转换,转换之后的数据通过USB接口传输到上位机端,并在上位机界面实时显示出来。经过实验验证,本论文提出的研制方案满足了高分辨率太阳软X射线综合谱仪的电子学系统的要求,完成了CCD传感器读出系统的功能实现。论文最后对高分辨太阳软X射线CCD传感器系统设计与实现做了总结,并针对目前读出电路系统可改进的地方做了相应展望。
[Abstract]:Solar soft X-ray observation is an effective way to obtain the important parameters such as temperature density and velocity of motion of high temperature plasma. It is very important to study the heating mechanism and dynamic behavior of solar flare burst and evolution process. In this paper, based on the development requirement of high resolution solar soft X-ray spectrometer, combined with the domestic and foreign experience of solar soft X-ray discrete line observation and modern soft X-ray CCD technology, In this paper, a scheme of 1~10ke V soft X-ray discrete line detection by Bragg diffraction of curved crystal is presented, and a readout circuit system of soft X-ray CCD sensor is developed. This paper mainly introduces the electronic hardware and software design of the readout circuit system of soft X-ray CCD. The driving timing chip ADCDS1603 which is required by FPGA to produce CCD is used to convert the output signal of CCD to digital signal. The converted data is transmitted to the upper computer through USB interface and displayed in real time. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme meets the requirements of the electronic system of high resolution solar soft X-ray integrated spectrometer and realizes the function of CCD sensor readout system. In the end, the design and implementation of high resolution solar soft X-ray CCD sensor system are summarized, and the corresponding prospects for the improvement of readout circuit system are given.
