Period04分析活动星系核光变周期

【摘要】:活动星系核(AGN)是中心区域有大能量辐射的一类特殊的星系。活动星系核的一些重要性质包括:它们具有恒星状的外表,随时间变化的连续光谱,,以及宽的发射线。光变是活动星系核的非常普遍现象,从射电到Х射线的所有波段都能观测到活动星系核的光变。光变的一些参量和特征如光变时标、时间延迟等,能够为人们了解天体的中心结构及物理过程提供一些关键的信息。本文主要对活动星系核光变周期进行了研究。 第一章,简单介绍了活动星系核的基本概念、观测特征、分类及其模型。第二章,简单地介绍了活动星系核光变及其模型。光变是活动星系核非常普遍的特征,观测和研究活动星系核周期性光变是获得天体各种特性的一个非常重要的方法。第三章,介绍了几种常用的活动星系核光变周期的研究方法,包括功率谱方法、小波分析方法、离散相关函数方法以及Jurkevich方法。这几种周期分析方法对研究活动星系核光变周期的研究有着很好的应用。第四章,介绍了谱分析中最基本也是最常用的方法—傅里叶变换;介绍了谱分析软件Period04相关的傅里叶变换以及运用谱分析软件Period04进行周期分析的步骤。由于天气、仪器等一些客观原因,我们所得到的活动星系核光变的观测数据一定是非均匀的,故Period04采用的是非均匀采样信号的傅里叶变换。第五章,介绍了谱分析软件Period04在活动星系核光变周期研究中的应用。收集了PKS1510-089天体在射电波段37GHz的光变数据、OJ287在光学B波段和V波段30多年的观测数据以及S50716+714天体光学B、V、R和I波段的观测数据,运用谱分析软件Period04分析了PKS1510-089、OJ287以及S50716+714的光变周期,获得了较为可信的结果,成功地将Period04这一新的分析工具应用到了活动星系核光变周期的研究中。
[Abstract]:Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN) is a special class of galaxies with large energy radiation in the central region. Some important properties of AGNs include their stellar appearance, time-varying continuum, and wide emission lines. Light change is a very common phenomenon in active galactic nuclei (AGNs), which can be observed in all wavelengths from radio to radiation. Some parameters and characteristics of optical variability, such as time scale, time delay and so on, can provide some key information for people to understand the central structure and physical process of celestial bodies. In this paper, the period of light variation in active galactic nuclei is studied. In chapter 1, the basic concepts, observational features, classification and models of AGNs are briefly introduced. In chapter 2, we briefly introduce the light change of active galaxy nuclei and its model. Light change is a very common feature of active galactic nuclei (AGNs). It is an important method to observe and study the periodic light changes of AGNs. In chapter 3, several methods of studying the optical period of AGNs are introduced, including power spectrum method, wavelet analysis method, discrete correlation function method and Jurkevich method. These methods have a good application in the study of the light variation period of active galaxy nuclei. In chapter 4, Fourier transform, which is the most basic and commonly used method in spectrum analysis, is introduced, the Fourier transform related to spectrum analysis software Period04 and the steps of periodic analysis using spectrum analysis software Period04 are introduced. Due to some objective reasons, such as weather and instruments, the observational data of the light change of the active galaxy nucleus must be non-uniform, so the Period04 uses the Fourier transform of the non-uniform sampling signal. In chapter 5, the application of spectrum analysis software Period04 in the study of optical variation period of AGNs is introduced. The optical variation data of PKS1510-089 celestial bodies in radio band 37GHz have been collected for more than 30 years in optical band B and V, as well as in the optical band S50716,714. The optical variation periods of PKS1510-089 OJ287 and S50716,714 have been analyzed by using the Period04 software. A more reliable result is obtained and a new analytical tool, Period04, is successfully applied to the study of the period of light variation in active galaxy nuclei.
