500m口径球面射电望远镜反射面液压促动器关键性能分析
[Abstract]:The hydraulic actuators of the 500m diameter spherical Radio Telescope (Five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope,FAST) are analyzed and studied. This paper presents a modeling method to realize the closed loop flow rate by using the leakage characteristics of gear pump and the opening characteristics of hydraulic control one-way valve, which can make the mathematical model more accurate. The prototype test was designed and the test equipment was developed to obtain the two parameters of flow and pressure coefficient K _ St _ Q and the opening characteristic K _ f of hydraulic one-way valve. The system model is built with Matlab/Simulink software to analyze the motion characteristics of the actuator in open loop extension and closed loop tracking mode, and the system model is compared and verified by experiments. The results show that the model can describe the working principle of the hydraulic actuator, and the parameters K _ Q and K _ S _ f are in good agreement with the experimental results. The speed of the actuator increases with the increase of the input pulse frequency in the open loop, and the stable tracking of the actuator can be realized under the variable load in the closed loop. The maximum tracking errors of simulation and test are 0. 15 mm and 0. 2 mm, respectively. The system model lays a theoretical foundation for FAST hydraulic actuators and provides a reference for hydraulic systems with large differences in telescopic circuits.
