【摘要】:为应对新形式下相控阵雷达对抗干扰、多目标检测与跟踪以及超强生存能力的需求,基于直接数字合成技术的雷达波形产生器因其独特的优势得到快速发展。这种基于数字技术的波形产生器频率相位控制灵活、稳定性高,可编程输出多模式任意波形,能够适应相控阵雷达多种工作环境,因此对多模式雷达数字波形产生技术的研究有迫切的现实需求。本文在深入分析了直接数字合成技术的原理和线性调频信号的产生技术的基础上,完成双通道独立参数控制的多模式波形产生器的方案设计。该方案基于DDWS技术,采用数字基带+数字正交调制方案,采用片上系统NIOS II、FPGA和高速DAC完成波形产生模块的逻辑开发和硬件设计,并将设计的波形产生模块进行硬件调试、输出信号指标测试与分析。测试结果证明本设计模块实现了双通道多模式波形输出。本文的主要工作包括:(1)分析直接数字合成技术的原理和误差模型,介绍线性调频信号的产生方法。(2)结合模块设计要求,分析并设计了基于DDWS的独立参数控制的双通道中频LFM信号的产生方案。(3)利用NIOS II片上系统的灵活控制和FPGA可编程特点完成双通道LFM信号产生方案的软硬件设计和调试。(4)在本设计硬件平台上完成双通道多模式波形产生模块的输出测试和指标分析。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of anti-jamming, multi-target detection and tracking and super survivability of phased array radar in the new form. Radar waveform generator based on direct digital synthesis technology has been developed rapidly because of its unique advantages. This kind of waveform generator based on digital technology has flexible frequency phase control and high stability. Programmable output multi-mode arbitrary waveform, can adapt to a variety of phased array radar operating environment. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the research of multi-mode radar digital waveform generation technology. In this paper, the principle of direct digital synthesis technology and linear frequency modulation signal generation technology are deeply analyzed. This scheme is based on DDWS technology, digital baseband digital quadrature modulation scheme and on-chip system NIOS II. FPGA and high-speed DAC complete the logic development and hardware design of waveform generation module, and debug the designed waveform generation module. The output signal index is tested and analyzed. The test results show that the design module realizes the output of the dual-channel multi-mode waveform. The main work of this paper includes the analysis of the principle and error model of the direct digital synthesis technology. This paper introduces the method of generating LFM signal. This paper analyzes and designs a two-channel intermediate frequency LFM signal generation scheme based on independent parameter control based on DDWS. Software and hardware design and debugging of two-channel LFM signal generation scheme based on flexible control of NIOS II on-chip system and FPGA programmable characteristics are implemented. The output test and index analysis of the two-channel multi-mode waveform generation module are completed on the hardware platform of this design.
