【摘要】:随着监狱各项监控硬件的普及,监狱视频监控进入了智能化和网络化的模式。通过网络传输的方式将监狱各大场所的监管安全信息数据联系起来,使监狱内外各大执法办公场所均可以查看视频监控数据,给今后的监管安全提供了保证,并大大方便了警察对罪犯关押现场的实时管理。但传统有线视频监控的集成成本高、后期维护量大、位置布局工序烦杂等严重制约了监控的便利性,已无法满足监狱监控无死角的需求,因此本文提出了基于ARM9内核的S3C2440处理器为核心的嵌入式无线监控应用解决方案。整个方案由图像采集前端和视频监控端(即PC机监控软件)两部分组成,前端摄像头通过V4L2技术实现图像数据采集,经H.264压缩算法将数据打包,再经无线网络发送至PC应用端,从而建立一个完整的监狱无线视频监控平台,对罪犯实时现场信息进行灵活地查询或筛选,为掌握罪犯在监狱的动态状况提供强大支持。 本文主要重点介绍嵌入式硬件环境的搭建和应用层面智能识别的设计,硬件环境搭建包括有bootload的移植,Linux系统的移植,根文件系统的制作等,还包括了无线网卡模块在嵌入式环境下的移植工作。而应用层面设计包括V4L2的图像数据采集,H.264压缩算法,SDL函数显示设计和智能识别等。 监狱无线视频监控的应用,对监狱信息化实现监控安全万无一失具有重要意义:一是罪犯现场信息可以得到实时更新和查询,二是对于突发事件能够及时发现,,大大增强警察应急效率。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the prison monitoring hardware, the prison video surveillance has entered the mode of intelligence and networking. Through the way of network transmission, the prison security information data of various places are linked together. Make the prison inside and outside the law enforcement office can view video surveillance data, for the future supervision and security to provide a guarantee. It greatly facilitates the real-time management of the crime scene. But the integration cost of traditional cable video surveillance is high, the later maintenance amount is large, the location layout process is troublesome and so on, which seriously restricts the convenience of monitoring. The need for prison surveillance has not been met. Therefore, this paper proposes an embedded wireless monitoring application solution based on S3C2440 processor based on ARM9 kernel. The whole solution is composed of image acquisition front end and video monitor terminal (. That is, PC monitoring software) is composed of two parts. The front-end camera uses V4L2 technology to realize image data acquisition, the data is packed by H.264 compression algorithm, and then sent to PC application via wireless network. In order to establish a complete prison wireless video surveillance platform, the real-time scene information of criminals can be queried or filtered flexibly, which can provide powerful support to grasp the dynamic situation of criminals in prison. This paper mainly introduces the construction of embedded hardware environment and the design of intelligent recognition in application level. The hardware environment construction includes the transplantation of bootload system. The production of root file system also includes the transplantation of wireless network card module in embedded environment, and the application layer design includes the image data acquisition H.264 compression algorithm of V4L2. SDL function display design and intelligent recognition. The application of prison wireless video surveillance is of great significance to the security of prison information. Firstly, the information on the scene of criminals can be updated and queried in real time. Second, the emergency can be found in time, greatly enhance the police emergency efficiency.
