【摘要】:本文对天塔前端总体播出系统架构进行了分析,特别研究了视音频业务编码复用系统的技术难点,并结合实际情况进行测试和分析。在全球数字电视迅速发展和“三网融合”日益推进的历史背景下,这些工作对确保节目播出安全是非常重要的。特此拟定专用于天津本地广播电视业务的编码复用系统的设计与实现方案,并结合现状进行可行性研究。针对方案中软硬件需求和本地业务特点,在硬件方面,系统设计采用TANDBERG公司的E5710编码器实现9+1路SDI信号的实时编码与MX8400复用器完成复用功能;在软件方面,对E5710和nCompass Control网管进行PSI/SI等相关参数的功能配置,并支持Leitch Panacea 16X4矩阵的信号调度实现编码器的自动冗余备份和网管的统一管理。系统搭建完成后,对其进行功能测试并全面记录相关数据和结论。其中,发现了编码器切换过程中业务中断时间较长和网管响应速率较慢等安全隐患。试运行期间,系统的故障案例也证实了这一点。为消除以上问题,同时规避应急流程操作中广播、电视两项业务相互掣肘的设计弊端,采取分别建设两套独立的编码复用系统的措施以分离广播与电视业务,使整体结构更加合理、层次更加分明,且便于管理。对于此次系统的改造与优化,在硬件方面,广播业务编码复用系统设计采用THOMSON公司的编码器VIBE实现15路信号实时编码与Cisco公司的DCM复用器完成复用功能;在软件方面,对编码器VIBE、复用器DCM的功能参数进行配置和简化网管配置文件。经测试、对比发现编码器切换效率得到明显提高从而减轻了对播出的不利影响。最后,根据新系统的总体架构的特征,制定了其视、音频业务的故障应急流程。本文结尾对各个工作阶段进行了总结并展望了数字电视未来发展的前景。
[Abstract]:The front end of the overall Tianta broadcast system structure is analyzed, especially on the technical difficulties of audio and video encoding service multiplexing system, combined with the test and analysis of the actual situation in the world. The rapid development of digital TV and the "triple play" the deepening of the historical background, the work to ensure the safety broadcast program is very important. Hereby proposed design and implementation scheme of encoding multiplexing system dedicated to the Tianjin local radio and television business, combined with the status quo of the feasibility study.
