【摘要】:当今的移动通信市场,不再是以通信网和市场为中心的竞争,而是以客户为中心的服务质量的竞争。为了充分利用移动网络资源,改善网络运行性能,提高网络服务质量,降低运营成本,必须深入研究移动网络,使前期部署网络投资的收益最大化。从现有对移动网络的研究情况看来,网络畅通和网络设备无故障运行已经是对各运营商最基本的要求,运营商需要对网络的实时运行状况进行分析,通过一些影响客户满意度的参数对网络的运行情况进行评估和调控,提高网络资源的利用率。本文首先对移动通信网络KPI数据监控的定义、产生和发展进行详细介绍,并分析了移动通信网络KPI的特点,指出了移动通信网络KPI数据监控系统在设计时的标准和方向,并结合现有的研究技术提出了本文设计的移动通信网络KPI数据监控系统的原则和方法。接着阐述了无线网络体系结构,分别介绍了GSM和TD-SCDMA的体系结构。接着引入了GSM和TD-SCMDA网络中一些重要的KPI指标。以及对将使用的WebService技术进行一系列的介绍,介绍了WebService技术的定义以及体系架构,并引入了本系统的重要部分,数据仓库的定义和实现。随后针对移动通信网络性能KPI监控需求进行了分析,结合实际情况提出了移动通信网络性能KPI监控系统需要满足的功能要求。接着,通过结合运营商实际业务场景,提出了本移动通信网络性能KPI监控系统的工作流程和系统组成架构。并介绍了本文设计的移动通信网络KPI数据监控系统中采用的KPI数据采集的时间粒度和数据结构组成。最终以告警测试和设备状态监控为例对系统进行了测试,包含了监控设置,告警列表,告警处理以及设备纳入监控,设备状态列表,设备健康状况等方面子功能的测试。经过测试可以得出,系统满足预计开发目标。通过对移动通信网络性能KPI监控系统的设计过程和实现过程进行了总结,并对移动通信网络性能KPI监控的下一步发展方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:The mobile communication market today, is no longer with the communication network and the market as the center of the competition, but the competition of customer centered service quality. In order to make full use of mobile cyber source, improve network performance and improve the network quality of service, reduce operating costs, must be deep into the research of mobile network, to maximize returns early deployment of network from the point of view of investment. The existing of the mobile network, network flow and network equipment failure free operation is the most basic requirement for the operators, operators need real-time status of the network were analyzed, evaluated and controlled by some parameters that affect customer satisfaction for the operation of the network, improve the utilization cyber source rate. Firstly, the definition of the mobile communication network KPI data monitoring, production and development are introduced in detail, and analyzes the characteristics of KPI mobile communication network And pointed out that the monitoring system of mobile communication network KPI data in the design of the standard and direction, and based on existing technology and puts forward the principle and method of mobile communication network KPI data monitoring system designed in this paper. Then elaborated the wireless network architecture, introduces architecture of GSM and TD-SCDMA. Then introduces some the KPI index of GSM and TD-SCMDA in the network. As well as a series of introduction will use WebService technology, introduces the definition of WebService technology and system architecture, and introduces the important part of the system, definition and implementation of data warehouse. Then analyzes the performance of mobile communication network KPI monitoring requirements, combined with the actual situation of the performance of the monitoring system of KPI mobile communication network needs to meet the functional requirements. Then, by combining the actual operators of the business scene, put forward the shift The work flow and system dynamic performance monitoring system of KPI communication network architecture. And introduces the composition of KPI data acquisition time granularity and data structure using mobile communication network KPI data monitoring system designed in this paper. Finally to test and alarm equipment condition monitoring system is tested as an example of, including monitoring, alarm list of equipment included in the monitoring and alarm processing, equipment list, health equipment etc. function test. After the test can be concluded that the system meets the expected goal. Through the design process of the KPI performance of the monitoring system of mobile communication network and the implementation process are summarized, and the next development direction of mobile communication network performance KPI monitoring are discussed.
