【摘要】:本文为高轨激光通信地面演示系统设计高精度、轻量化跟踪转台。首先,调研了国内外跟踪转台的结构形式,通过对比分析得出,单反射镜式结构转台在指向精度和伺服控制上均优于其他结构形式,并将其作为本次转台设计的机械结构方案;其次,完成了转台机械结构部分的设计,并利用有限元软件对U型架、反射镜等关键结构件进行了轻量化设计,减轻了转台整体质量,提高了综合性能;最后,在控制系统设计中,采用电流环、速度环和位置环多回路控制方式,实现转台快速对准、精确跟踪等优良性能。通过分析和实验仿真表明,转台的精度满足通信要求,质量轻于其他形式转台,轻量化效果明显。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the high-precision, lightweight tracking turntable is designed for the high-orbit laser communication ground demonstration system. Firstly, the structure of the tracking turntable at home and abroad is investigated and obtained by comparative analysis. The single mirror structure turntable is superior to other structural forms in pointing precision and servo control, and it is regarded as the mechanical structure scheme of this turntable design. Secondly, the mechanical structure of the turntable is designed, and the key components such as U-shaped frame, reflector are designed by using the finite element software, which reduces the overall quality of the turntable and improves the comprehensive performance. Finally, in the control system design, the current loop, the speed loop and the position loop multi-loop control mode are adopted to realize the fast alignment and accurate tracking of the turntable. The accuracy of turntable meets the requirement of communication, the quality of turntable is lighter than other forms of turntable, and the effect of lightweight is obvious.
