【摘要】:随着经济和社会的发展,我国传统农业已经不适应社会的发展,现代化农业初见端倪。2009年物联网被正式提升到国家战略层面,农业物联网借机开启了发展之路。温室农业与物联网技术的碰撞催生了一种全新的农业生产模式即农业温室物联网。在温室大棚这种高效农业生产方式基础上,采用传感器技术、互联网技术、自动控制技术、测控技术等开发的农业物联网测控系统,具有远程监测控制的特点,能够实现农业的精细化种植,具有很高的实用价值。农业物联网测控系统物理上包括采集控制器、网关和上位机三部分,功能上包括采集和控制两部分。采集部分主要功能是采集温室大棚内部的温度、湿度、光照、CO2等数据,通过网关传送到上位机;控制部分是远程控制温室内的卷帘机、卷膜机、生长灯等设备。网关作为农业物联网测控系统的核心组成部分,其重要性毋庸置疑,本文结合农业温室特殊环境,研究并设计了一款嵌入式智能网关。农业温室物联网网关主要功能是对数据的汇聚、打包和传送。本文设计的嵌入式网关采用基于Cortex-M3内核的STM32F107VCT6作为主控芯片,以及μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统,利用MG323GPRS模块和DP83848接口芯片实现了无线传感网与互联网两种异构网络的互通。同时,针对田间电力供应和通信环境不稳定的特性,设计了有线、无线两种通信方式,保证了数据传输的完整性和可靠性。实验证明,本文设计的嵌入式网关能够很好的起到桥梁作用,实现采集控制器与上位机之间的通信,且网络通信稳定、可靠性高,满足农业温室的需求,实现了农业温室的远程监测与控制。
