【摘要】：通过对语音业务话务模型和移动网覆盖特征的分析,提出一种孤岛式的Vo LTE部署方案,在LTE网络边缘预留Vo LTE移动保护带,这种孤岛式Vo LTE部署能够大量减少掉话,满足运营级网络KPI以及用户体验。
