【摘要】:近年来,日趋严峻的大气污染问题引起了人们的强烈关注。工业废气是产生大气污染的主要原因,净化工业废气这一现实需求催生了空气净化行业的兴起。应用于工业废气净化的设备需要及时了解净化效果,从而判断净化装置是否满足要求、工作状态是否正常等。因此针对具体净化装置设计净化效果监测系统具有十分重要的意义。 本学位论文的目的是研制一个适用于气体浓度分布不均匀、外界环境参数变化大的多功能环境监测系统,能够测量某工业废气净化设备进出口处二氧化硫与二氧化氮的浓度,同时能够提供温度、湿度等相关参数信息。主要研究内容如下: 1.针对系统的适用环境要求提出了多传感器集成方法,并根据此方法研制了探测节点,在此基础上将探测节点与无线通讯网络进行集成,实现了对系统的远程控制; 2.完成了系统测控软件的研制,包括传感器信号采集与处理程序、通讯程序及中心控制平台软件; 3.针对系统的实际应用需求,设计了一种含有温控装置的便携式工作箱; 4.完成了相关研究性实验与功能验证实验,,实验结果表明系统能够克服外界温度变化对其性能的影响及气体浓度分布不均匀对其测量结果的影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the increasingly serious atmospheric pollution problem has aroused strong concern. The industrial exhaust is the main causes of air pollution, purifying the realistic demand of industrial waste gas has spawned the rise of air purification industry. Applied to industrial waste gas purification equipment needs to understand the purification effect, in order to determine the purification device meets the requirements, working condition whether it is normal. So according to the specific design of the purification effect of purification device monitoring system has very important significance.
This thesis is to develop a suitable gas concentration distribution is not uniform, multifunctional environmental monitoring system of environment parameters to measure the concentration of a large, industrial waste gas purification equipment import and export of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide, at the same time can provide the temperature, humidity and other parameters related information. The main contents are as follows:
1., a multi-sensor integration method is put forward according to the applicable environmental requirements of the system. Based on this method, a detection node is developed. Based on this, the detection node is integrated with the wireless communication network to achieve remote control of the system.
2. complete the development of the system measurement and control software, including the sensor signal acquisition and processing program, the communication program and the central control platform software.
3. in view of the practical application demand of the system, a portable working box with temperature control device is designed.
4. completed related research and functional verification experiments. The experimental results show that the system can overcome the influence of external temperature changes on the performance and the influence of uneven gas concentration distribution on the measurement results.
