【摘要】:随着移动通信技术的高速发展和移动设备的更新换代,移动互联网的用户数量飞速增长,移动互联网逐渐步入人们的日常生活。在移动互联网环境下,用户身份的识别和验证变得更加便捷,使得用户信息具有很强的个人属性,这为用户带来了极大便利,但同时也带来了隐私泄露风险。以智能手机、平板电脑为代表的移动设备存储着很多高附加值的内容,如用户的通讯记录、位置信息,这些个人信息可轻易地被软件识别和传送。适当的获取用户信息有助于企业提供更优质和个性化的服务,但是如果涉及隐私而这些隐私又被滥用,会严重侵扰用户的日常生活,甚至造成人身伤害和财产损失。近年来,移动互联网环境下的隐私泄露问题屡见不鲜。 本文从移动互联网用户角度出发,针对用户隐私泄露给企业的情况,探讨了用户对于隐私泄露的容忍态度。本文提出了隐私泄露容忍度这一概念来描述用户对于隐私泄露的态度,有助于解释隐私悖论、分析用户的隐私披露和隐私计算等行为,同时为移动互联网企业合理利用用户信息资源、有的放矢的保护用户隐私提供了实践建议。在对隐私泄露容忍度进行定义和维度划分后,本文开发设计了一个三阶共37个题项的测量量表。其中,信息敏感性维度包括身体隐私、信息隐私、交流隐私和位置隐私四个因子,接收者敏感性维度包括应用服务提供商、电信运营商、平台开发商和终端生产商四个因子,使用敏感性维度包括收集、访问、利用和错误四个因子。本文采用问卷调查法搜集数据,共回收有效问卷396份,利用SPSS、AMOS软件对量表的信度和效度进行了检验。实证检验表明,该量表具有良好的信度和效度,适用于移动互联网环境下的隐私泄露容忍度测量。 数据显示,大部分用户的隐私泄露容忍度并不高,个体间存在差异,但总体上呈集中趋势。在信息敏感性维度上,用户更能容忍身体隐私和位置隐私的泄露;在接收者敏感性维度上,用户更能容忍将隐私泄露给应用服务提供商和电信运营商;在使用敏感性维度上,用户更能容忍企业的访问行为,最不能容忍错误行为。最后,本文依据数据分析结果得出管理启示和研究启示,为移动互联网企业的信息挖掘和隐私保护实践活动提供了指导性建议,同时对今后的隐私泄露容忍度的研究方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and mobile equipment upgrading, the rapid growth of the number of users of mobile Internet, mobile Internet has entered people's daily life. In the mobile Internet environment, identify and verify the identity of the user becomes more convenient, so that the user information has a very strong personal attributes, which brings great convenience to the user at the same time, but also bring the risk of loss of privacy. The intelligent mobile phone, tablet computer as the representative of the mobile device to store a lot of high value-added content, such as the user's communication records, location information, the personal information can easily be transmitted. Software identification and access to user information can provide more high-quality and personalized in the enterprise the appropriate service, but if these privacy and privacy abuse, will seriously disrupt the user's daily life, and even cause personal injury and property damage. In recent years, the problem of privacy disclosure in the mobile Internet environment is common.
This article from the perspective of mobile Internet users, according to user privacy to the enterprise, to the user for the tolerance of privacy. This paper proposes the concept of privacy tolerance to describe users for privacy attitude helps explain the privacy paradox, analysis of user privacy disclosure and privacy calculation behavior. At the same time as the user information resources reasonable use of mobile Internet enterprises, targeted to protect user privacy and provides practical suggestions. In the privacy tolerance definition and dimensions, this paper designed a three order 37 measurement items. Among them, the information sensitivity dimensions including physical privacy, information privacy. The exchange of four factor and location privacy, the receiver sensitivity dimensions including application service providers, telecom operators, terminal manufacturers and developers of platform four A factor, using the sensitivity dimensions including the collection, access, by using four factors and errors. This paper uses the questionnaire to collect data, a total of 396 valid questionnaires, using SPSS to test the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by AMOS software. The empirical tests show that the scale has good reliability and validity, application in the environment of mobile Internet privacy tolerance measurement.
Data show that most users privacy tolerance is not high, there are differences between individuals, but the overall concentration trend. Sensitivity of the information dimension, revealing users more tolerant of physical privacy and location privacy; the receiver sensitivity dimensions, the user can tolerate the loss of privacy for application service providers and telecom operators business; in the use of sensitivity dimensions, users can tolerate access behavior of enterprises, the most intolerable errors. Finally, based on the data analysis results and management implications, provides guidelines for enterprise mobile Internet information mining and privacy protection practice, at the same time of privacy tolerance study the future direction was prospected.
