【摘要】:本文以构架式可展开天线为研究对象,深入探讨了可展开天线整机参数化建模的实现方法与相关技术。开发出了基于I-DEAS的可展开天线整机参数化建模软件,利用该软件可以快速建立可展开天线的三维实体模型。具体工作如下:首先,从整机参数化建模技术入手,给出了整机参数化建模平台的整体设计方案,介绍了参数化建模平台的整体框架与参数化建模的基本流程。详细论述了I-DEAS软件的二次开发功能,介绍了利用I-DEAS实现零件参数化与装配参数化的具体方法。介绍了基于数据库的CAD/CAE集成技术,并讨论了CAD与CAE之间的数据传递方式。基于SQL Server数据库系统建立了综合设计平台的共享数据库,主要用于存储可展开天线的关键参数信息,以实现各设计与分析模块的数据传递与数据交换。其次,以构架式可展开天线为对象,设计了构架式天线的桁架与索网结构,并计算了相关零件的尺寸参数。确定了天线桁架、索网的拓扑关系,给出了两者关键节点坐标的计算方法,根据计算出的关键节点坐标建立了构架式天线桁架的几何模型。提出了一种构架式天线基本组成单元的折展方案,并对单模块与多模块桁架结构进行了运动学分析。完成了桁架的接头、支撑杆件、展开装置与锁定机构等结构模型的设计。介绍了构架式天线桁架与索网的参数化设计方法,并建立了构架式可展开天线的整机参数化模型。最后,在“星载可展开天线参数化建模软件”已具备周边桁架天线与径向肋天线参数化建模功能的基础上,完成了构架式天线参数化建模程序的开发与数据的存储。结合构架式天线参数化建模流程,详细介绍了参数化建模软件的操作界面与具体功能,并通过算例验证了参数化建模软件的功能。利用参数化建模软件能快速建立可展开天线的整机参数化模型,为可展开天线的设计提供理论基础与参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the deployable truss antenna as the research object, discusses the implementation method of the deployable antenna parameters modeling and related technology. Developed the I-DEAS deployable antenna parameters modeling based on the software, the software can quickly establish the 3D model of deployable antenna. The specific work is as follows: first, starting with from the modeling technology of the parameters, given the overall design of the parametric modeling platform, introduces the basic process of modeling framework and parameters modeling platform. The paper discusses the two developing function of I-DEAS software, this article introduces the method to realize parametric and parametric assembly using I-DEAS. Introduces the CAD/CAE integrated technology based on database, and discusses the transfer mode between CAD and CAE data. SQL Server database system is established based on comprehensive design The shared database platform, mainly for the key parameters of information storage of deployable antenna, in order to achieve the design and analysis module of data transmission and data exchange. Secondly, the deployable truss antenna as an example, the design of truss antenna truss and cable net structure, the size parameters and related parts of the calculation are determined. Antenna truss, cable network topology, presents the calculation method of two key node coordinates, geometric model of truss antenna truss is established according to the key to calculate the coordinates of the nodes. The proposed scheme consists of a basic deployable truss antenna unit, and the single module and multi module truss structure kinematics analysis complete truss joint, support rod, design structure model of device and the locking mechanism. The parametric design method of truss antenna truss and cable network, and establish a framework The parametric model of deployable antenna. Finally, based on the deployable antenna parametric modeling software "has a perimeter truss antenna with radial rib antenna parametric modeling function, completed the development and data frame type antenna parametric modeling program storage. Combined with the modeling process of frame the antenna parameters, introduces the parametric modeling software interface and specific functions, parametric modeling function of the software is verified through an example. By using the parametric modeling software can quickly establish the parametric model of deployable antenna, and provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design of the antenna.
