天津高速公路视频监控系统联网技术规范研究

【摘要】:高速公路视频监控系统是为管理者提供最为直观、即时、全面的路况信息和管理依据。论文研究为便于路网视频的规范统一、减少差异,大大提高视频管理能力和工作效率。论文根据天津高速集团所辖范围内高速公路建设和管理的实际状况,结合视频编解码技术的发展趋势和应用前景,在综合分析、研究众多主流视频联网标准和技术规范的基础上,充分考虑天津高速集团所辖路网范围内视频系统的业务需求和实际情况,制定符合天津高速集团视频联网业务需求。基于H.264编解码标准的数字化视频联网技术解决方案,包括:视频联网框架与互联结构、设备编解码技术要求等一系列相关要求。要求对视频流封装/传输格式进行规范,确保网络传输视频流的一致性,统一规范视频控制、传输流程和协议接口,实现各视频系统平台之间的多级联网,以及视频设备与视频系统平台之间的信息交换。根据技术要求,制定视频联网系统的测试方案,开发测试平台,搭建测试环境,开展测试工作,检测不同厂家编解码设备相互之间的互联、互通及互控情况。论文的研究有助于综合利用各类视频监控资源,实现各级视频监控系统的联网。另一方面也便于路网视频的规范统一、减少差异,大大提高视频管理能力和工作效率。也十分有利于后期的使用维护,更有利于节省项目投资、节约建设成本,可用于指导今后天津高速公路相关建设项目的联网工作。
[Abstract]:Highway video surveillance system is to provide the most intuitive, immediate, comprehensive road information and management basis for managers. This paper is to facilitate the standardization of road network video and reduce differences. Greatly improve the ability and efficiency of video management. According to the actual situation of highway construction and management within the scope of Tianjin High Speed Group, combined with the development trend and application prospects of video coding and decoding technology. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and research on many mainstream video networking standards and technical specifications, fully consider the business needs and actual conditions of the video system within the road network of Tianjin High Speed Group. To develop a digital video networking technology solution based on H.264 coding and decoding standard, including: video networking framework and interconnection structure. Equipment coding and decoding technology requirements and a series of related requirements. Requirements for video stream packaging / transmission format specification to ensure the consistency of the network transmission video stream, unified specification of video control, transmission process and protocol interface. To realize the multi-level networking between the video system platform and the information exchange between the video equipment and the video system platform. According to the technical requirements, the test scheme of the video networking system is established, and the test platform is developed. Build test environment, carry out testing work, detect the interconnection, interoperability and mutual control between different manufacturers of codec equipment. The research of this paper is helpful to comprehensive use of all kinds of video surveillance resources. On the other hand, it is convenient to standardize the network video, reduce the difference, greatly improve the ability of video management and work efficiency. It is also very conducive to the later use and maintenance. It is more advantageous to save project investment and construction cost, and can be used to guide the networking work of Tianjin Expressway related construction projects in the future.
