基于多核并行处理器的SDR手持终端设计与研究

【摘要】:随着信息化战争的发展,一体化联合作战已经成为现代战争的发展趋势,为了解决部队各军兵种进行联合作战时所遇到的“互联互通互操作”问题,提出和发展了SDR(Software Defined Radio)技术。另一方面,手持终端已经成为未来信息化战场上不可或缺的一部分,然而低功耗、小型化、安全可靠等设计要求是手持终端发展亟需解决的问题。针对上述需求,本文引入了国产多核多线程DSP(Digital Signal Processor)芯片SB3500对基于软件无线电的手持终端展开研究。首先,本文对当前SDR领域所使用的并行基带处理架构展开了研究,针对SDR手持终端的低功耗、小型化、安全可靠等设计约束,对架构设计提出了进一步要求。在此二者基础上,提出了使用国产多核多线程芯片SB3500进行SDR手持终端开发的方案,并对该芯片展开了进一步的分析。其次,分析了SDR中流水式、总线式、交换式以及计算机和网络式这四种典型硬件体系架构的架构特点。针对手持终端的低功耗、小型化要求,利用流水式架构结构简单、信息交互效率高的特点,设计了一款基于SB3500的流水式硬件系统架构。最后,本文设计了一套基于SB3500硬件系统的OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)通信波形软件,作为该系统的并行化示例波形。针对其中的物理层基带处理并行调度算法与核间通信接口展开了具体设计。通过搭建测试平台对所设计的通信系统进行了测试与验证。验证了采用SB3500进行SDR手持终端波形并行设计的可行性,并对未来工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of information war, the integrated joint operation has become the development trend of modern war. In order to solve the problem of "interconnection and interoperability" encountered in the joint operations of all arms and services of the army. On the other hand, handheld terminal has become an indispensable part of the future information battlefield. However, the design requirements of low power consumption, miniaturization, security and reliability are the problems that need to be solved in the development of handheld terminals. In this paper, the domestic multi-core and multi-thread DSP(Digital Signal processor (SB3500) chip is introduced to study the handheld terminals based on software radio. In this paper, the parallel baseband processing architecture used in the field of SDR is studied, aiming at the design constraints such as low power consumption, miniaturization, security and reliability of SDR handheld terminals. On the basis of these two requirements, a scheme of developing SDR handheld terminal using domestic multi-core multi-thread chip SB3500 is put forward. The chip is further analyzed. Secondly, the income type and bus type in SDR are analyzed. In view of the low power consumption and miniaturization of the handheld terminal, the paper makes use of the simple structure of income architecture and the high efficiency of information exchange. Design a income hardware system architecture based on SB3500. Finally. A set of OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing based on SB3500 hardware system is designed in this paper. Communication waveform software. As an example wave of parallelism in this system, the parallel scheduling algorithm of physical layer baseband processing and the communication interface between cores are designed. The designed communication system is tested and tested by building a test platform. The feasibility of parallel design of SDR handheld terminal waveform using SB3500 is verified. The future work is prospected.
