大功率工业整流系统能效测试新方法与工程实践

【摘要】:针对目前国内外并没有大功率整流系统的各部件损耗及效率的实时监测仪器或平台的现状,提出了一种基于光纤以太网通信的大功率整流系统能效测试新方法,并与传统的能效测试方法的同步测量机理、能效分析方法进行了综合比较.给出了一种直流大电流间接反演算法,并通过仿真和实验验证了算法的正确性和工程实用性.最后结合工程实践,对能效测试新方法的具体实施过程进行了详细的阐述.工程实例表明该能效测试方法可以有效实现工业整流系统各供电装备与系统的效率核算,并为提高其装备效率及系统节能提供必要的依据.
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation that there is no real-time monitoring instrument or platform for the loss and efficiency of each component of the high-power rectifier system at home and abroad, a new method for measuring the energy efficiency of high-power rectifier system based on optical fiber Ethernet communication is proposed. And compared with the traditional energy efficiency measurement method of synchronous measurement mechanism, energy efficiency analysis method, a DC high current indirect inversion algorithm is presented. The correctness and practicability of the algorithm are verified by simulation and experiment. Finally, combined with engineering practice. The implementation process of the new energy efficiency test method is described in detail. The engineering example shows that the energy efficiency test method can effectively realize the efficiency accounting of each power supply equipment and system of industrial rectifier system. And to improve its equipment efficiency and energy-saving system to provide the necessary basis.
