基于3G网络的远程心电监护系统研制

【摘要】:便携式远程心电监护系统是一种以无线移动通信网络为框架的新型监护系统,一般由若干便携式监护终端设备、无线移动通信网络、医院监护中心系统组成。经过多年的研发,便携式远程监护系统取得一定进展,,但是传统的远程监护系统大多是以GPRS或者CMDA1x网络作为移动通信网络,普遍存在着传输速度低、信号稳定性差等问题。随着网络技术和软硬件技术的不断进步,远程心电监护系统也需要不断发展和改进。 本文的研究工作主要是在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,以3G移动通信网络为技术框架,研制开发远程心电监护系统的便携式监护终端部分和医院监护中心系统。便携式监护终端使用发射功率低、传输稳定的SIM5216模块作为3G无线通信模块。配置必要的外围电路并且植入嵌入式操作系统,实现心电信号的采集、存储、发送、医嘱信息的接收以及人机交互等功能。医院监护中心系统采用网络技术、数据库技术实现信号的接收、存储、分析、回放以及医嘱信息发送等功能。 本研究主要完成以下几个方面的工作: 1、完成便携式监护终端的硬件设计,采用性能先进的SIM5216模块作为3G无线网络通信模块,该模块以半串口方式连接到CPU,在命令和数据两种状态下和CPU通讯。监护终端包括心电信号预处理系统和嵌入式硬件系统,预处理系统采用放大、滤波等方法处理心电信号,将放大1000倍的心电信号送入采样电路。嵌入式的硬件系统以S3C2440为中央处理单元,配置了RAM、 ROM、液晶显示屏、触摸屏等外围设备。 2、完成便携式监护终端的软件设计,为实现监护终端的3G无线移动网络通信功能,配置内核支持PPP协议,在根文件系统中添加3G拨号程序和脚本文件,确保开机后自动拨号上网,在掉线后自动重拨,应用程序设计中采用TCP协议来实现数据交互。此外,监护终端还具备信号采集、医嘱管理等功能。 3、完成医院监护中心系统的软件设计,建立TCP服务器线程监听来自3G网络端口的连接请求,收到请求以后建立连接并接收数据。监护中心系统采用SqlServer数据库驱动,分别建立患者信息表、心电信息表、医嘱信息表、报警信息表,统一管理数据信息。医院监护中心系统具备一定的诊断功能,主要是通过分析RR间期来计算患者的心率,判断心动过速、早搏、停搏等病情。医生在做出诊断以后,通过数据通信方式将医嘱信息发送到便携式监护终端。 本研究主要创新点在于: 1、将3G移动通信技术引入到移动监护系统,设计了一种适合3G移动通信网络的远程监护终端,提供一种实时无线的监测手段,保证系统能够在移动通信网络覆盖的范围内使用。 2、建立了与3G网络相适应的医院监护中心系统,监听来自便携式终端的连接请求,实现数据交互。探讨了中心监护系统心电数据的存储方法,以数据库和文件系统相结合的形式,实现心电信号的存储和读取功能。 3G移动网络通信技术可应用于多种心脏病如各种心律失常、心肌缺血、传导障碍的监护,各科病人的手术中监护和术后观察的各项监测。也可以用于危重患者在长短途转运过程中的监护,缓解ICU资源紧张的局面。3G技术的临床应用在改善医疗条件,为医疗安全提供新保障方面具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:A portable remote ECG monitoring system is a new type of monitoring system based on wireless mobile communication network is generally composed of several portable monitoring terminal equipment, wireless mobile communication network, composed of hospital monitoring center system. After years of development, the portable remote monitoring system has made certain progress, but most of the traditional remote monitoring system is based on GPRS or CMDA1x network is a mobile communication network, widespread transmission speed is low, the problem of signal and poor stability. With the development of network technology and software technology, the remote ECG monitoring system also requires the continuous development and improvement.
The main research work of this paper is based on summarizing the domestic and foreign research results, to the 3G mobile communication network technology framework, research and development of remote ECG monitoring system of portable monitoring terminal and monitoring center in hospital system. Low power portable monitoring terminal, SIM5216 transmission module stable as 3G wireless communication module. The peripheral circuit configuration the necessary and embedded operating system, to achieve the ECG signal acquisition, storage, transmission, reception and human-computer interaction function order information. Hospital monitoring center system based on network technology, analyzes the received signal, database technology, storage, playback and other functions to send orders information.
The main work of this study is to complete the following aspects:
1, the completion of the hardware design of portable monitoring terminal, using advanced SIM5216 module performance as 3G wireless network communication module, the module is connected to the CPU in serial mode, command and data in two states and CPU communications. The monitoring terminal system and embedded hardware system including ECG signal pretreatment, pretreatment system using amplification filtering methods of processing ECG signals, the ECG signal will be amplified 1000 times into the sampling circuit. The hardware system embedded with S3C2440 as the central processing unit, the configuration of the RAM, ROM, LCD display, touch screen and other peripheral equipment.
2, complete the software design of portable monitoring terminal, to achieve monitoring terminal 3G wireless mobile network, configure the kernel to support PPP protocol, add 3G dialer and script files in the root file system, ensure the boot after the automatic dial-up, when disconnected after the automatic dial, uses the TCP protocol to realize data exchange application in the design. In addition, the monitoring terminal also includes a signal acquisition, order management and other functions.
3, complete the software design of hospital monitoring center system, the establishment of the TCP server thread monitor from the 3G network port connection request, receives the request to connect and receive the data. The monitoring center system based on SqlServer database driven, respectively establish the patient information table, ECG information table, ordering information table, alarm information table, the unified management of data information. Hospital monitoring center system has diagnosis function, mainly through the analysis of the RR interval to calculate the heart rate, judge tachycardia, premature arrest, etc. disease. Doctors in making a diagnosis to, will be ordering information sent to the portable monitoring terminal by means of data communication.
The main innovation of this study is:
1, 3G mobile communication technology is introduced into mobile monitoring system. A remote monitoring terminal suitable for 3G mobile communication network is designed, providing a real-time wireless monitoring means to ensure that the system can be used in the coverage of mobile communication network.
2, establish the hospital monitoring center system compatible with 3G network, monitor from the portable terminal connection request, to achieve data exchange. To investigate the storage method of the central monitoring system of ECG data, combined with database and file system in the form of ECG signal storage and read functions.
3G mobile network communication technology can be applied to a variety of heart diseases such as arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, monitoring conduction disorders, the monitoring of the monitoring and observation of patients after surgery. Of all the patients can also be used for the care of critically ill patients in the short and long distance transport in the process of clinical application of.3G technology, ease the situation of resource of ICU in the improvement of medical conditions, is of great significance to provide a new guarantee for the safety of medical services.
