一种连续波速调管发射机的设计与实现

【摘要】:连续波雷达系统对发射机输出信号的频谱纯度要求比较苛刻,由于担心使用开关电源后电源纹波等影响最终输出信号质量,传统的大功率连续波发射机一般采用饱和电抗器稳压或电动调压器预稳压的稳压形式和400Hz十二相整流滤波或有源线性滤波的滤波形式。本文研究和设计了一种采用开关电源形式的连续波速调管发射机。首先,讨论了连续波速调管发射机的发展和特点;然后,给出了发射机的组成和基本原理;接下来根据系统要求,进行了整机方案的设计;并从工程实践的角度,对各分机展开详细设计;最后进行了整机性能测试,结果表明该发射机工作稳定,性能指标良好。同时,本文还讨论了一些进一步研究工作需要改进和考虑的地方。
[Abstract]:The frequency spectrum purity of the transmitter's output signal is demanding by the continuous wave radar system. Because of the worry that the ripple of the power supply after the use of the switching power supply will affect the final output signal quality, The traditional high power CW transmitters generally use the saturable reactor voltage regulator or the electric voltage regulator pressure-stabilized voltage filter and the 400Hz 12 phase rectifier filter or active linear filter filter. In this paper, we study and design a kind of filter. A continuous wave klystron transmitter in the form of a switching power supply. First, The development and characteristics of the continuous wave klystron transmitter are discussed. Then, the composition and basic principle of the transmitter are given. Then, according to the requirements of the system, the design of the whole machine scheme is carried out, and from the point of view of engineering practice, The detailed design of each extension is carried out. Finally, the performance of the transmitter is tested. The results show that the transmitter works stably and the performance index is good. At the same time, some improvements and considerations for further research work are also discussed in this paper.
