复合材料多频选择性天线副反射面的研制

【摘要】:针对S/X/Ku/Ka四频段选择性天线副反射面的技术要求,从蒙皮材料、夹芯材料和粘接材料的选材方面,选出适合四频段等多频段的透波材料体系。通过对曲面振子成型工艺和副反射面成型工艺优化,掌握了工艺稳定性好、成品率高的高精度曲面偶极振子成型技术。最终成功研制出四频段选择性副反射面,其型面精度为0.08mm(r.m.s.),S和Ku频段的透射传输损耗均小于0.25dB。
[Abstract]:According to the technical requirements of the side reflector of the selective antenna in the S / X / Kur / Ka four-band band, from the aspects of skin material, sandwich material and adhesive material, The wave-permeable material system suitable for four frequency bands and other multi-frequency bands is selected. By optimizing the forming process of curved surface oscillator and accessory reflector, the process stability is well grasped. The high precision curved surface dipole oscillator forming technology with high yield has been successfully developed. Finally, the selective side reflector in the four frequency band has been successfully developed. The transmission loss of the shape surface is 0.08mm / r. M. S. and less than 0.25 dB in the Ku frequency band.
