Ku波段双极化微带天线的研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究ku波段宽频带双极化微带阵列天线以及天线的宽频带和双极化技术。天线通过双层贴片和引入空气腔的方法增加带宽,使天线单元两极化方向的带宽由1.7%和2.6%增大到16%和25.3%。馈电方式采用缝隙耦合馈电和微带线边馈的混合馈电方式来实现双极化,其馈电网络分置在接地板的两侧,提高了两极化端口的隔离度。通过对缝隙耦合馈电方式进行研究表明,采用H形的耦合槽,能够获得较大的耦合量,容易实现宽频带谐振和良好的交叉极化性能。 对微带天线单元和阵列进行仿真优化。分析天线单元各主要尺寸对天线的影响,得到各参数尺寸对天线谐振特性的影响曲线。在天线单元的基础上设计了等幅同相馈电的4元和16元方阵。16元阵列天线的两极化端口在电压驻波比小于2的条件下,相对阻抗带宽分别为15.2%和14.7%,实现了天线的宽频带,两个极化端口的隔离度优于30dB,其天线两极化方向的增益分别达到了21.27dB和21.18dB,交叉极化低于-21.16dB。为了进一步降低天线的交叉极化,设计了采用错位倒相馈电技术的16元阵列,天线两个极化端口的隔离度优于33dB,交叉极化低于-28.7dB。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we mainly study the broadband dual-polarization microstrip array antenna in ku band, and the broadband and dual-polarization techniques of the antenna. The antenna increases the bandwidth by double layer patch and air cavity. The bandwidth of the polarization direction of the antenna element is increased from 1.7% and 2.6% to 16% and 25.3.The feed mode adopts the mixed feed mode of slot coupling and microstrip line edge-fed to realize double polarization, and the feed network is separated on both sides of the floor. The isolation of the polarization port is improved. The study of the slot coupling feed shows that the H-shaped coupling slot can obtain a large coupling quantity, and it is easy to achieve wide band resonance and good cross-polarization performance. The microstrip antenna elements and arrays are simulated and optimized. The effects of the main dimensions of the antenna elements on the antenna are analyzed. The effects of the parameters on the resonant characteristics of the antenna are obtained. On the basis of the antenna elements, the polarization ports of the 4-element and 16-element array arrays are designed under the condition that the VSWR is less than 2. The relative impedance bandwidth is 15.2% and 14.7 respectively. The antenna has a wide band. The isolation of the two polarization ports is better than 30 dB. The gain in the polarization direction of the antenna is 21.27 dB and 21.18 dB, and the cross-polarization is lower than -21.16 dB. In order to further reduce the cross-polarization of the antenna, A 16-element array using staggered inverse-phase feeding technique is designed. The isolation of two polarization ports is better than 33dB, and the cross-polarization is lower than -28.7dB.
