相控阵雷达天线近场多任务测试系统设计

【摘要】:随着雷达技术的快速发展,雷达天线测试技术也应不断满足多种新型雷达天线的测试要求,不仅要提高测试精度,随着雷达天线的复杂化,对测试系统的计算能力也提出了更高的挑战。传统的雷达天线测试技术主要是远场天线测试技术,通过远场测试分析雷达的辐射特性。虽然远场测试能够反映出雷达天线的基本性能,但也有多方面的不足,很容易受到外界环境的影响,不能够准确的反映出雷达天线的特性参数等。所以对新一代雷达天线测试技术的研究显得越发重要。新一代天线测试技术是以近场测量技术为代表,近场测量技术具有测试精度高、抗干扰能力强、计算分析能力强等特点,这种天线近场测试系统已经广泛应用于多种雷达天线的测试过程。 随着雷达技术的快速发展,相控阵雷达技术凭借着其探测距离远、抗干扰能力强等特点逐渐成为雷达技术发展的主要方向。那么对相控阵雷达天线的测试技术也就有了更高的要求,相控阵雷达天线测试工作的复杂程度与普通天线相比要高出许多,其测试的工作量也是普通天线测试工作量的几十倍。因此,对相控阵雷达天线测试技术提出了更高的要求。相控阵雷达天线近场测试技术要有更强的计算能力,能对成千上万个辐射单元的方向函数进行运算,此外相控阵雷达天线近场测试系统要有更高的测试灵敏度。不仅如此,相控阵雷达天线的测试不是单独对雷达天线的测试,也需要对整体雷达系统有非常深刻的理解,在测试过程中要结合被测雷达自身的特点来实现天线参数的测量。 为了提高相控阵雷达天线近场测试的工作效率,实现了多任务测试功能。在探头单次扫描的条件下,对相控阵天线多个波束、多个频率、多个通道方向图的高密度高精确度测试,系统测试效率得到大幅提高。本文对上述技术做了一一阐述。

Then the test technology of phased array radar antenna will have higher requirements, phased array radar test work day line complexity is much higher compared with the the common antenna, several times of the testing workload workload is common antenna testing. Therefore, put forward higher requirements on phased array radar antenna test technology. Phased array antenna near field measurement technology have more strong computing ability, to tens of thousands of radiation units in the direction of function operation, in addition to phased array radar antenna near field the test system to test the sensitivity. Moreover, phased array radar antenna test is not a separate test of radar antenna, but also the need for the whole The body radar system has a very deep understanding. In the process of testing, it is necessary to measure the parameters of the antenna by combining the characteristics of the radar itself.
