基于Modbus_TCP的嵌入式系统网络通信模块的设计与实现

随着科技的进步,网络技术得到了飞速的发展,人们对于信息共享度的要求也在不断的提高。随之而来的,各种家电设备、仪器仪表乃至工业生产的数据采集设备、制约设备在逐步地走向网络化、集成化和自动化,以便利用快捷的网络资源,实现分布式远程监控、信息交换与信息共享。鉴于传统的工业通讯方式——现场总线,存在传输距离短、互操作性差、传输速率低等缺点,而在现代大型工业制约系统中,设备除要完成现场工业生产要求外,还有个关键的环节就是数据采集与状态监控,例如在电力行业中,微机保护装置的可靠性首先就有赖于数据采集系统和状态监控设备,因此,为了实现生产现场的无人值守和远程制约,找到一种便捷有效的方式来解决上述的不足,则成为技术发展的趋势。因而,为适应市场需求和实际工业生产的需要,本课题对已有电力系统中组件式微机综合继电保护装置进行了技术改造。本文在浅析浅析行业背景及发展趋势的同时,给出了基于ARM7芯片LPC2290为制约器的Modbus_TCP的嵌入式系统网络通信模块的设计与实现,完成了嵌入式网关的底板硬件设计以及基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的系统软件设计,很好的实现了CAN格式数据与Modbus格式数据的转换,并完成了基于Modbus_TCP协议的数据传输,将数据通过以太网传送到远程PC机或显示器,来实现对工业现场的远程监控和集中管理。将该设计应用在电力系统的继电保护装置上,经济、便捷,产品的互操作性好,并很好的实现了资源的共享及远程的集中监控和管理。对进一步提高电力行业乃至整个工控领域的集成度和自动化程度有着积极的意 义;并在监控设备自动化、网络化要求日趋迫切的今天,为全面普及和大规模应用远程监控和数据传输设备,提供了简便易行的设计方案。

【Abstract】 With the progress of science and technology, network technology has a rapid development, and people’s demand with the information sharing has gained incessant improvement. Follow that, all kinds of the electrical home appliances, instrument as well as the data acquisition device and control equipment of the industrial production have gradually tended to network, integration and automation, so that we can use the swift network resource to realize the remote monitoring, information exchange and information sharing.Because the field bus as the traditional way of the industrial communication has some disadvantages such as short in transmission distance, bad in interoperability, low in transmission rate. But in the large industrial control system, the devices besides meeting the demand of the production, there are a crucial link that is data acquisition and condition monitoring. For example, in power industry, reliability of microcomputer protection firstly relies on the data acquisition system and condition monitoring device. Therefore, it is the trends of the technological development that find an effective way to solve the above problem, so that we can realize the unattended and remote control in production site.Consequently, in order to adapt to market demand and demand of the practical production, this project is technical transformation for the relay protection device of power system which has existing. This paper analysis the industry background and development trend, then proposing a scheme that is "Design and Implementation of Network Communication Module in Embedded System Based on Modbus_TCP". And this embedded system is based on the a ARM7 chip which is LPC2290 microcontroller by Philips manufactured. This paper finished the hardware design of embedded gateway and the software design of system based onμC/OS-II, which realize the exchange between CAN data and Modbus data and transmit the data based on Modbus_TCP protocol. Concretely, it through Ethernet transmits the data to remote computer through Modbus_TCP. In the end, this project realizes the remote monitoring and the centralized management.This design is applied to the relay protection device of power system, realizing the resource sharing and remote control successfully which is economy, convenience and good in interoperability. Also, it has a positive significance that improving the integrated level and the automation level of power industry and even the whole industrial control field. And it proposes a simple and feasible scheme to realize the remote control and data transmission.
