制造物联及相关技术架构研究

【摘要】：在综合分析制造物联需求与发展背景的基础上,论述了制造物联的概念与技术特征,提出制造物联是在制造业服务化、协同化的发展趋势下,面向工厂(车间)、企业和产业链(企业间)实施的一种新型制造模式和信息服务模式,提出这种新型模式下企业信息系统三种不同层次的制造物联技术架构。针对不同协议设备的通信问题,提出建立基于制造物联协议仓库核心设备,并给出相关的企业应用案例,该研究对进一步研究发展制造物联技术和解决方案具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive analysis of manufacturing complex joint demand and development background, discusses the concept and characteristics of joint production technology, manufacturing of IOT in manufacturing services, collaborative development trend, for the factory (workshop), and the industry chain enterprises (enterprises) the implementation of a new manufacturing mode and the information service mode, put forward three different levels of building enterprise information system under the new pattern of technology architecture. To solve the problem of communication equipment of different protocols, proposed the establishment of manufacturing based on IOT protocol warehouse core equipment, and gives the relevant enterprise application case, the research on the further research and development of IOT technology and manufacturing solutions has a certain reference value.
