基于LabVIEW的振动信号测试与分析系统的设计

【摘要】:在工程中,振动测试与信号分析应用极其广泛,几乎所有的科学与工程领域都有所涉及。在现代工程设计中,常常利用振动信号来对工程结构模型的动态特性进行分析、做出评价,,从而为工程结构的动态设计和改进设计提供科学依据。伴随着软件技术与计算机的快速发展,将虚拟仪器技术应用于振动信号的测试分析已经成为一个新的发展方向。 本论文分别对虚拟仪器、系统设计以及实验验证做了比较详细地介绍。本系统整体上由硬件系统与软件系统组成。硬件系统由振动传感器,包括加速度传感器和位移传感器、数据采集卡NI9324、计算机组成,其中振动传感器将振动信号变换成标准的模拟电信号,然后数据采集卡将模拟电信号进行A/D转换并将其送入计算机缓存中,而计算机对缓存中的数据进行相应的处理。软件系统是以美国国家仪器开发的图形化编程语言LabVIEW为开发平台,采取模块化编程,完成信号的采集、传输、显示、存储以及信号的分析处理工作。 最后,将所设计的系统联入实验,进行振动信号测试,通过实验对系统的可行性与可靠性进行验证。同时,由脉冲锤击实验来测定被测对象的固有频率,进一步得到其振型;又由正弦信号实验计算得到阻尼比。经过实验,对测定值与理论值对比分析,误差较小,达到了预期的目的。
[Abstract]:In engineering, vibration testing and signal analysis are widely used, almost all fields of science and engineering are involved. In modern engineering design, vibration signals are often used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of engineering structure model. To provide scientific basis for dynamic design and improved design of engineering structure. With the rapid development of software technology and computer, The application of virtual instrument technology to vibration signal testing and analysis has become a new development direction. This paper introduces the virtual instrument, system design and experimental verification in detail. The system is composed of hardware system and software system. The hardware system is composed of vibration sensor, acceleration sensor and displacement sensor. The data acquisition card, NI9324, is composed of a computer, in which the vibration sensor converts the vibration signal into a standard analog signal, and then the data acquisition card converts the analog signal into an A / D conversion and sends it into the computer cache. The software system is based on the graphical programming language LabVIEW, which is developed by the United States of America, and adopts modular programming to complete the acquisition, transmission and display of signals. Storage and signal processing. Finally, the designed system is combined into the experiment to test the vibration signal, and the feasibility and reliability of the system are verified by the experiment. At the same time, the natural frequency of the object is measured by the pulse hammer test, and the vibration mode is obtained. The damping ratio is calculated by sinusoidal signal experiment. Through the experiment, the error between the measured value and the theoretical value is small, and the expected purpose is achieved.
