基于无线网络的AMR数据采集终端设计与实现

【摘要】:通用分组无线电业务GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)使移动通信与数据网络合二为一,IP业务的移动市场变得更为广阔,与此同时移动网络具备了提供更多增值业务的能力。无线频段B波段(200MHz---500 MHz),在民用领域的应用逐渐兴起,符合国家无线电委员会规定的微功率B波段无线模块和天线设计具有应用前景和广阔的发展空间。伴随智能家庭和智慧城市的实施和推广,与民生息息相关的智慧公用事业面临着快速发展期,特别是自动化抄表系统,即AMR (Automatic Meter Reading)系统,得到国家政策的大力支持,其中基于无线网络的数据采集终端将是AMR系统实施的关键保障之一。而基于无线网络的AMR数据传输系统则是智能家庭和智慧城市的重要组成部分。本文首先介绍了无线网络和AMR系统的概念,其次阐述了GPRS网络和用于AMR数据传输的微功率无线网络的关键技术,重点对基于GPRS和B波段的无线网络的AMR数据传输系统进行了总体设计、模块设计、软件设计,实现了基于无线网络的AMR数据采集和传输系统,并应用于现场。实用结果表明,该AMR系统数据传输准确、可靠、稳定性好。论文主要工作有:(1)介绍了GPRS网络特点和AMR系统概念。阐述了GPRS网络和用于AMR数据传输的微功率无线网络的关键技术。(2)基于微功率无线技术,设计了433MHz的B波段微功率无线模块和天线,实现了无线传输的数据采集终端---采集器。(3)基于无线通信技术,设计并实现了基于900Mhz/1800Mhz GPRS/SMS数据通信的采集终端—集中器。(4)为适应不同的应用环境,设计并实现了无线数据监测终端。(5)为适应复杂的现场应用环境,以改善公用事业远传抄表系统的组网通讯不良问题,设计并实现了采集终端10级转发机制,实现了水表、气表、热量表的无线数据集中抄表。(6)列出了使用实例摘录。
[Abstract]:General packet Radio Service (GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) makes the mobile market of mobile communication and data network become a single IP service. At the same time, the mobile network has the ability to provide more value-added services. The design of micro-power B-band wireless modules and antennas in accordance with the regulations of the National Radio Commission has a bright future and broad development space, accompanied by the implementation and promotion of smart homes and intelligent cities, Intelligent public utilities, which are closely related to people's livelihood, are facing a period of rapid development, especially the automatic Meter reading system (AMR automatic Meter reading) system, which is strongly supported by national policies. The data acquisition terminal based on wireless network will be one of the key guarantee for the implementation of AMR system, and the AMR data transmission system based on wireless network is an important part of intelligent home and intelligent city. The concept of wireless network and AMR system, Secondly, the key technologies of GPRS network and micro-power wireless network for AMR data transmission are described. The overall design, module design and software design of AMR data transmission system based on GPRS and B-band wireless network are emphasized. The AMR data acquisition and transmission system based on wireless network is realized and applied to the field. The practical results show that the data transmission of the AMR system is accurate and reliable. The main work of this paper is to introduce the characteristics of GPRS network and the concept of AMR system. The key technology of GPRS network and micro-power wireless network used for AMR data transmission is described. A 433MHz B band micro-power wireless module and antenna are designed, and the data acquisition terminal of wireless transmission, which is based on wireless communication technology, is realized. In order to adapt to different application environment, we design and implement wireless data monitor terminal. 5) to adapt to complex field application environment, we design and implement a collection terminal based on 900MHz / 1800MHz GPRS/SMS data communication. In order to improve the problem of poor network communication in the remote transmission meter reading system of public utilities, this paper designs and implements the 10 level forwarding mechanism of the collection terminal, and implements the wireless data centralized reading meter of water meter, gas meter and heat meter.
