【摘要】:"长期贮存,一次使用"的军事应用需求使得光纤陀螺的贮存寿命越来越受到关注,采用基于多元性能退化量的方法来综合评估光纤陀螺的贮存寿命;首先分析了光纤陀螺主要性能退化参数,其次采用Wiener过程对光纤陀螺的退化进行建模,并给出参数估计和可靠度函数,接着介绍了利用协方差矩阵进行可靠度函数融合的具体方法,最后利用前述方法对光纤陀螺贮存可靠性进行综合评估;光纤陀螺在55℃进行贮存时,同时考虑零偏、零漂和标度因数之间的相关性时,贮存寿命为38 100 h,假设各参数之间相互独立,贮存寿命为16 000 h;试验结果表明,当产品具有多个性能退化量时,采用基于多元性能退化量的综合评估方法对产品的评估更加全面、合理。
[Abstract]:The requirement of "long-term storage, one use" makes the storage life of fiber optic gyroscope (fog) pay more and more attention. The method based on multi-performance degradation quantity is used to evaluate the storage life of fiber optic gyroscope (fog). Firstly, the main performance degradation parameters of fiber optic gyroscope (fog) are analyzed. Secondly, the degradation of fiber optic gyroscope (fog) is modeled by Wiener process, and the parameter estimation and reliability function are given.
