某通信设备性能测试仪的研究与实现

【摘要】:通信设备设计中对性能的测试是一个非常重要的工作,在某型号通信设备研制完成后的测试中,需要快速的对其性能进行测试以验证通信设备的通信可靠性以及验证其设计是否达到相应功能指标。近年来,以数字通信技术为主体的新型通信设备开始定型生产。新设备功能强、集成度高、指标多,投入量产后,势必对生产单位的产品生产周期提出很高的要求。传统的人工测试方法速度慢、误差大、记录准确性低。为了快速的满足这些性能参数的测试需求,就需要基于自动化测试方案建立恰当的测试环境,开发集成一体化的测试平台。论文首先从实际测试的相关背景入手,归纳总结出整体的测试需求和方案,其次对测试方案进行了分析和汇总,确定了课题研究中的关键技术,最后以相关的自动化测试技术为理论依据,完成某通信设备性能测试仪的总体方案设计。文中确定了对该通信设备性能测试仪所要着力进行的测试项目,包括同步概率测试、话音功能测试、数据功能测试以及接口电平和输入输出阻抗的测试。基于测试系统的总体方案和要求,提出了模块化的系统设计理念,从硬件上对各个功能区进行了模块电路的划分,以单片机硬件平台为基础,分别完成对各个子功能模块的方案设计。最后根据实际测试环境进行了测试验证,该通信设备性能测试仪的各项指标满足设计要求,达到了预期目的。本论文立足于工程实践,开发相应的通信设备性能测试设备。该设备以现有测试中心为背景,基于工控机测试平台,包括基带、音频和数据接口三种接口单元。整体硬件平台以单片机为核心,外加功能模块电路所组成,包括基带调制解调电路、信号源电路、单片机测试电路、阻抗和电平测试电路、自检电路接口电路等。在已知同步体制的条件下,利用测试控制软件可以对被测设备的同步概率、话音和数据通信功能、电台接口输入输出阻抗、输入输出电平等性能指标进行功能和指标性的测试,在测试完成后能够自动将测试数据传回测试中心显示、保存和打印,大大提高了工作效率。本课题实现了理论研究与实际应用的同时进行,该通信设备性能测试仪具有较好的发展前景和实用价值。
[Abstract]:It is very important to test the performance in the design of communication equipment. It is necessary to test its performance quickly to verify the communication reliability of the communication equipment and to verify that its design meets the corresponding functional targets. A new type of communication equipment with digital communication technology as the main body began to be finalized and produced. The new equipment has strong function, high integration, many indexes, and postpartum input. The traditional manual testing method is slow in speed, large in error and low in recording accuracy. In order to meet the test requirements of these performance parameters quickly, the traditional manual testing method is bound to put forward a very high demand for the production cycle of the production unit. It is necessary to establish an appropriate test environment based on the automated test scheme and to develop an integrated test platform. Firstly, this paper summarizes the overall test requirements and schemes from the relevant background of the actual test. Secondly, the test scheme is analyzed and summarized, the key technologies in the research are determined, and the related automatic test technology is used as the theoretical basis. The overall scheme design of a communication equipment performance tester is completed. In this paper, the test items for the communication equipment performance tester are determined, including synchronization probability test, voice function test, Data function testing and interface level and input / output impedance testing. Based on the overall scheme and requirements of the test system, a modular system design concept is proposed. Based on the single chip microcomputer hardware platform, the scheme design of each sub-function module is completed respectively. Finally, according to the actual test environment, the test verification is carried out, and each index of the communication equipment performance test instrument meets the design requirements. This paper bases on the engineering practice, develops the corresponding communication equipment performance test equipment. The equipment takes the existing test center as the background, based on the industrial control computer test platform, including baseband, Audio and data interface three interface units. The whole hardware platform is composed of single-chip microcomputer as the core, plus functional module circuit, including baseband modulation and demodulation circuit, signal source circuit, single-chip microcomputer test circuit, impedance and level test circuit, Under the condition of known synchronization system, the test control software can be used to measure the synchronization probability, voice and data communication function, input and output impedance of radio interface, The performance index such as input and output level can be tested by function and index. After the test, the test data can be automatically sent back to the test center to display, save and print the test data. The work efficiency is greatly improved. This subject realizes both theoretical research and practical application. The performance tester of communication equipment has a good development prospect and practical value.
