物联网技术在农机融资租赁风险管理中的应用

【摘要】：受经济发展的政策目标以及社会环境的推动,我国农业机械设备行业近年来朝气蓬勃发展,人们越来越重视机械代替农工提升农业效率的意义,但同时,购买方资金不足的问题也制约着行业的进一步发展。由于农机承租方、租赁物使用的特殊性等因素导致的该行业较大的风险管理难度,使得一向被看好的融资租赁金融形式,未能充分地发挥优势,难以较好地应用于该行业。因此,寻求该领域有针对性的风险管理方法是有意义的。本文基于我国当下农机融资租赁概况,首先,分析该领域的特殊性和发展缓慢的原因,进而分析该领域风险管理的不足；其次,探讨物联网技术,重点从出租方开展风险管理的角度阐述物联网技术在农机融资租赁行业的应用：提出运用物联网技术获取租赁物的物质信息流,通过事先和事后两种模式,进一步改进农机设备租赁风险管理的理念,并以我国目前农机设备中销售量较大的大中型联合收割机为例,设计具体的物联网技术风险管理流程；最后,为更好地发挥物联网技术在该领域的应用,本文提出了几点支持建议。此外,针对现有的客观状况,本文也给出了几点研究反思与展望。
[Abstract]:Driven by the policy goal of economic development and the social environment, the agricultural machinery and equipment industry of our country has developed vigorously in recent years. People pay more and more attention to the significance of machinery replacing agricultural industry to improve agricultural efficiency, but at the same time, The lack of funds from the buyers also restricts the further development of the industry. Due to factors such as the particularity of the use of agricultural machinery lessee and the use of the lease item, it is more difficult to manage the risks in this industry, which makes the financial form of financing leasing that has always been favored. It is difficult to apply it to the industry well because it does not give full play to its advantages. Therefore, it is meaningful to seek targeted risk management methods in this field. Based on the current situation of agricultural machinery leasing in China, firstly, this paper analyzes the particularity of this field and the reasons for its slow development, and then analyzes the shortcomings of risk management in this field. Secondly, it discusses the Internet of things technology. Focusing on the application of Internet of things technology in agricultural machinery finance leasing industry from the perspective of risk management by the lessor: the material information flow of using Internet of things technology to obtain the lease item is put forward, through two modes: prior and afterwards. Further improve the concept of agricultural machinery equipment leasing risk management, and take the large and medium-sized combine harvester with large sales volume of agricultural machinery and equipment in our country as an example, design the concrete process of risk management of the Internet of things technology; finally, In order to give full play to the application of the Internet of things technology in this field, this paper puts forward some supporting suggestions. In addition, in view of the existing objective situation, this paper also gives some research reflections and prospects.
