卫星电台收发机射频前端的研究与实现

【摘要】:随着半导体技术,集成电路技术,信号处理技术,无线通信技术的飞速进步,无线传输的应用越来越广泛,为人类生活带来很大帮助。但这同样也造成了空间电磁环境越来越复杂,电磁干扰问题越来越严重,可利用的频谱空间越来越拥挤。这对我们在无线通信技术领域的研究提出了新的要求。电台收发机是无线通信系统的重要一环,对通信系统性能好坏起着决定性的作用。特别是在军事领域,随着各国在通信领域研究的深入,对信息传输的重视程度越来越高,电台收发机的性能直接决定了我军通信系统的安全程度。如何应对恶劣环境下的电磁干扰,甚至是恶意攻击,这都要求我们要全面提升自主研制电台收发机的能力,研制出抗干扰能力强,灵敏度好,动态范围大,体积小巧,安全性能优越的收发机。随着卫星无论在军用还是民用领域都得到了越来越广泛的应用,卫星电台的研发成为当今通信领域关注的重点,并且具有很好的应用前景和研究价值。本文的工作是作为军用卫星电台研制项目的一部分,在符合保密要求的前提下,给出了一款针对卫星应用的30MHz-500MHz收发机射频前端的设计方案,介绍了收发机的基本知识,比较了现阶段常用的几种接收机的结构,分析了接收机的主要数据指标,设计了一款采用二次变频超外差式结构的收发机,并将收发机中跳频滤波器,低噪声放大器,频率综合器,混频器等模块的核心芯片选型,主要性能指标,电路设计再到实物调试进行了详细的讲解,给出了现阶段的测试结果。为后续性能更加优越的收发机射频前端设计奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of semiconductor technology, integrated circuit technology, signal processing technology and wireless communication technology, wireless transmission is more and more widely used. But it also makes the space electromagnetic environment more and more complex, and the problem of electromagnetic interference becomes more and more serious. The available spectrum space is becoming more and more crowded. This puts forward new requirements for our research in the field of wireless communication technology. Radio transceiver is an important part of wireless communication system. It plays a decisive role in the performance of communication system. Especially in the military field, with the development of communication research, more and more attention is paid to the transmission of information. The performance of the radio transceiver directly determines the security of the communications system of our army. How to deal with electromagnetic interference or even malicious attacks in the harsh environment requires us to comprehensively enhance the capability of independently developing the radio transceiver. A transceiver with strong anti-jamming ability, good sensitivity, large dynamic range, small volume and superior security performance has been developed. With the increasing application of satellites in both military and civil fields, The research and development of satellite radio has become the focus of the communication field, and has a good application prospect and research value. The work of this paper is a part of the military satellite radio development project, under the premise of meeting the requirements of confidentiality. This paper presents a design scheme of 30MHz-500MHz transceiver RF front-end for satellite applications, introduces the basic knowledge of transceiver, compares the structures of several kinds of receivers commonly used at present, and analyzes the main data indexes of the receiver. A transceiver with the structure of secondary frequency conversion superheterodyne is designed, and the core chip selection and main performance index of the transceiver modules such as frequency hopping filter, low noise amplifier, frequency synthesizer and mixer are selected. The design of the circuit is explained in detail to the physical debugging, and the test results at the present stage are given, which lays the foundation for the RF front-end design of the transceiver with more superior performance.
