【摘要】:3G的蓬勃发展和4G的悄然到来,无论是个人还是企业团体,都越来越深入地走进了现代信息化的生活,基站作为支持信息传播最基本和最重要的硬件,同样遇到了挑战。基站具有数量多、分布广、空间性和所处地理环境复杂性等特点,而且多为无人值守。特别是一些农村基站,设备故障和失窃时常发生,由于地理位置偏远,无法进行及时维护,不仅对运营商造成了巨大的经济损失,也对地区通信安全带来威胁。如何有效地对基站进行管理是所有通信企业都面临的一大难题。本课题是在物联网蓬勃发展的背景下,基于基站监控和应急管理的实际情况,设计了基于物联网的移动基站应急管理系统的总体框架,并具体实现了监控中心软件平台。本文首先对移动基站应急管理系统进行需求分析,而后给出系统总体设计方案。确定系统由本地网络监控中心、各基站站点监控单元以及连接两者的通信线路三部分组成。各基站监控单元为感知层,利用各种传感器解决基站坐标信息、基站周围环境以及设备运行状况信息的获取问题。传输层采用无线通信与有线通信相结合的通信方案,即基站的各个采集节点与汇聚节点之间基于ZigBee无线通信技术,汇聚节点与Internet网络之间采用GPRS无线通信技术,接入Internet网络之后则采用有线通信网络。应用层即为本地网络监控中心的软件平台。本文对监控中心软件平台进行具体设计和实现。监控中心软件平台采用B/S体系结构,利用Oracle数据库进行数据存储和管理。基于WebGIS技术在网络中浏览、编辑基础地理信息。完成对采集节点上传的数据的转换、解析、存储、融合、协同管理、显示、综合分析等,实现对基站位置信息的显示和对各设备运行状况的实时监控。当设备发生故障时,通过应急管理子系统可以对故障设备远程遥控重启,并通过对设备系列参数的分析确定故障原因,进而响应应急预案,及时对故障设备进行处理。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of 3G and the quiet arrival of 4G, both individuals and enterprise groups have stepped into the modern information life more and more deeply. The base station is the most basic and important hardware to support information dissemination. The same challenges have been encountered. Base stations are characterized by large numbers, wide distribution, space and complexity of their geographical environment, and are mostly unattended. In particular, some rural base stations are often subject to equipment failures and theft, owing to their remoteness, Failure to carry out timely maintenance not only caused huge economic losses to operators, How to manage the base station effectively is a difficult problem for all communication enterprises. This subject is based on the actual situation of base station monitoring and emergency management in the context of the vigorous development of the Internet of things. The overall framework of mobile base station emergency management system based on Internet of things is designed, and the software platform of monitoring center is realized. Firstly, the requirement of mobile base station emergency management system is analyzed. Then the overall design scheme of the system is given. The system is composed of three parts: local network monitoring center, monitoring unit of each base station and communication line connecting them. Each base station monitoring unit is a perceptual layer. Using various sensors to solve the problem of obtaining the coordinate information of the base station, the surrounding environment of the base station and the operation condition of the equipment. The transmission layer adopts the communication scheme of combining wireless communication with wired communication. That is, the base station between the collection node and the convergence node based on ZigBee wireless communication technology, convergence node and Internet network between the use of GPRS wireless communication technology, The application layer is the software platform of the local network monitoring center. The software platform of the monitoring center is designed and implemented in this paper. The software platform of the monitoring center adopts the B / S architecture. Oracle database is used for data storage and management. Based on WebGIS technology, the basic geographic information is browsed and edited. The transformation, analysis, storage, fusion, collaborative management, display and comprehensive analysis of the data uploaded by the collection nodes are completed. It can display the location information of the base station and monitor the operation status of each equipment in real time. When the equipment breaks down, the remote remote reboot of the faulty equipment can be achieved through the emergency management subsystem. And through the analysis of the equipment series parameters to determine the cause of failure, and then respond to the emergency plan, timely handling of the fault equipment.
