基于坐标平面旋转的比幅测角方法

【摘要】:雷达信号处理主要目的是实现对目标角度的跟踪,伺服系统根据角误差驱动并调整天线方向,因此角误差的计算直接决定了跟踪速度。本文提出了一种基于坐标平面旋转的比幅测角方法,在误差允许的范围内,进行多次坐标旋转简化运算同时给出角误差符号位,经流水级除法器计算,在200M工作频率下所提方法的整个测角过程仅需105 ns即可得到角误差结果。在SMIC 0.13μm CMOS工艺下对两种方法设计电路进行流片测试,结果表明所提方法与基于求模算法的比幅测角方法相比,降低功耗62%,面积减少27.5%,性能表现更优,验证了该方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of radar signal processing is to track the target angle. The servo system drives and adjusts the antenna direction according to the angle error. Therefore, the calculation of angular error directly determines the tracking speed. In this paper, a new method of measuring the relative amplitude angle based on coordinate plane rotation is proposed. Within the range of error allowed, several coordinate rotation simplification operations are carried out and the angular error symbol bit is given. According to the calculation of income divider, the angular error results can be obtained in the whole angular measurement process of the proposed method at 200m operating frequency in only 105ns. The flow sheet test of the two methods is carried out under the SMIC 0.13 渭 m CMOS process. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the power consumption by 62and decrease the area by 27.55.Compared with the specific amplitude and angle measurement method based on the mode-finding algorithm, the performance of the proposed method is better, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
