基于嵌入式的旋转天线系统网络控制器设计与实现

【摘要】:随着计算机控制技术的快速发展,网络技术的不断成熟,控制系统的应用领域越来越广泛,控制对象日益复杂。控制系统正朝着数字化、网络化、智能化的方向发展。对数周期天线作为短波通信天线已被广泛应用于通信及救灾等特殊场合,可旋转对数周期天线的网络化控制正是基于网络化控制技术成熟性以及用户实际使用要求提出的。本文针对旋转天线网络化控制的要求,采用计算机网络、通信、数据库等技术,设计了B/S构架的网络化控制方案。系统由Web服务器、通信服务器、网络控制单元、天线驱动单元及天线等构成,其中Web服务器为IE用户提供网络化天线操控的服务,通信服务器则是连接Web服务器和设备端的通信枢纽,天线驱动单元主要完成天线的驱动控制。针对系统中通信核心设备--网络控制单元(NCU)的开发要求,采用先进的嵌入式技术、总线通信技术,完成了NCU的总体方案、核心CPU板、光通信板、继电器板及电源板等的设计,论文详细介绍了主要硬件电路的原理及设计思想。基于嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II,运用任务、队列、状态机、TCP/IP网络通信等关键技术,开发了NCU的控制软件,实现了旋转天线的定点、定位、点动、校准及参数设置等功能,文中给出了控制器的总设计框架、程序的详细流程以及键盘管理的状态机等。在此基础上,搭建了系统测试平台,进行了NCU设备级功能测试以及系统级联调实验测试,结果表明:网络化控制系统构架设计合理,开发的网络控制单元通信可靠、运行稳定,能很好承担起其作为通信枢纽的功能和性能要求。目前开发的系统及相关设备已交付用户使用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer control technology and the maturation of network technology, the application field of control system is more and more extensive, and the control object is becoming more and more complex.The control system is developing towards the direction of digitization, network and intelligence.Logarithmic periodic antenna as a shortwave communication antenna has been widely used in special situations such as communication and disaster relief. The networked control of rotatable logarithmic periodic antenna is based on the maturity of networked control technology and the practical requirements of users.In order to meet the requirement of networked control of rotating antenna, this paper designs a network control scheme based on B / S architecture using computer network, communication, database and other technologies.The system is composed of Web server, communication server, network control unit, antenna driving unit and antenna. The Web server provides network antenna control service for IE users.The communication server is the communication hub connecting the Web server and the device, and the antenna driving unit mainly completes the antenna drive control.In order to meet the requirements of the development of the communication core equipment, the network control unit (NCU), the design of the overall scheme of NCU, the core CPU board, the optical communication board, the relay board and the power supply board is completed by using advanced embedded technology and bus communication technology.This paper introduces the principle and design idea of the main hardware circuit in detail.Based on the embedded operating system 渭 C / OS-IIand using the key technologies such as task, queue, state machine / TCP / IP network communication, the control software of NCU is developed. The functions of fixed point, positioning, point movement, calibration and parameter setting of rotating antenna are realized.The general design framework of the controller, the detailed flow of the program and the state machine of keyboard management are given in this paper.On this basis, the system testing platform is built, the NCU device level function test and the system cascade adjustment test are carried out. The results show that the networked control system architecture is reasonable, the network control unit developed is reliable in communication and stable in operation.Be able to take on its function and performance requirements as a communication hub.The system and related equipment developed at present have been delivered to the users for use.
