基于白光LED的室内无线通信的研究

【摘要】:室内可见光通信是一种新型的无线通信方式,伴随着白光LED的快速发展,白光LED照明正在逐渐代替传统的照明方式。正是这种绿色、高效、节能的照明方式的出现,,使得室内可见光通信有了物质基础。基于白光LED的室内可见光通信,不仅可以满足室内的照明需求,而且还能提供室内的无线数据通信业务。室内可见光通信具有无电磁辐射、保密性好、无需申请频谱资源等优点,作为室内无线通信的一个强有力的补充,既可以实现在家庭、办公场所与白光LED照明系统的整合,达到照明与通信的目的,也可以满足在飞机机舱、医院等对电磁辐射比较敏感的区域内,实现无线通信的需求。 本论文主要对基于WDM技术的RGB-LED型可见光通信系统进行研究。本文首先对白光LED的组成结构、发光原理,以及在其在正常工作时的光学特性和电学特性做了较为详实的阐述与分析。对涉及到本设计中使用的调制技术,信道模型,噪声模型进行了说明,并且给出一个基于光照强度和接收功率的光源布局方式。ISO(国际标准化组织)给出了对于一般办公室照明要求光照度在300勒克斯到1500勒克斯之间。所以在满足光照度不低于300勒克斯的前提下,设计一个能够满足高速通信的数据传输系统。 本设计将WDM技术引入室内可见光通信系统中,利用RGB型LED作为发射光源,使用OOK-NRZ进行编码调制,利用一个低成本的设计方案实现了整个通信系统的设计。在本文中,给出了整个通信系统的设计框图,并对每部分的设计和选型原则进行分析说明。在文章的后半部分,对设计好的实验平台进行仿真与测试,给出实验结果,经过测试,该传输系统可以达到设计的预期目标,即单色最高50kHz,三色150kHz的传输速度。最后对实现结果进行分析与总结。
[Abstract]:Indoor visible light communication is a new wireless communication mode. With the rapid development of white light LED, white light LED lighting is gradually replacing the traditional lighting mode.It is this kind of green, high-efficiency, energy-saving lighting that makes the indoor visible light communication have the material foundation.Indoor visible light communication based on white LED can not only meet the indoor lighting requirements, but also provide indoor wireless data communication services.Indoor visible light communication has the advantages of no electromagnetic radiation, good confidentiality and no need to apply for spectrum resources. As a powerful supplement to indoor wireless communication, it can realize the integration of home, office and white LED lighting system.To achieve the purpose of lighting and communication, it can also meet the needs of wireless communication in aircraft cabin, hospital and other areas sensitive to electromagnetic radiation.This thesis mainly studies the RGB-LED visible light communication system based on WDM technology.In this paper, the structure of white LED, the principle of luminescence, and the optical and electrical properties of white LED in normal operation are described and analyzed in detail.The modulation technology, channel model and noise model used in this design are described.The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) gives a light source layout based on light intensity and received power. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) shows that the illumination required for general office lighting is between 300 lux and 1500 lux.So a data transmission system which can satisfy high speed communication is designed on the premise of illuminance not less than 300 lux.In this design, the WDM technology is introduced into the indoor visible light communication system, the RGB type LED is used as the emitting light source, the OOK-NRZ is used to code and modulate, and a low-cost design scheme is used to realize the design of the whole communication system.In this paper, the design block diagram of the whole communication system is given, and the design and selection principles of each part are analyzed and explained.In the second half of the paper, the designed experimental platform is simulated and tested, and the experimental results are given. After testing, the transmission system can achieve the expected goal of the design, that is, the transmission speed of monochromatic maximum 50 kHz, tricolor 150kHz.Finally, the implementation results are analyzed and summarized.
