三网融合时代的电视发展及互联网电视

【摘要】：网络电视(IPTV)是将电视机、平板电脑及手机作为接收设备,通过互联网解码器(网络机顶盒)来实现实时收看数字电视节目。网络电视发展的同时也面临着许多的障碍。OTT TV(互联网电视)则是由国家广播电视机构批准的节目制作和发行、播放的(企业)通过公共互联网的交互电视,可脱离传统电视而独立存在。随着三网融合方案的最终敲定,互联网电视作为三网融合时代最重要的产物,必将给人们的生活、娱乐、学习和工作带来新的变革。
[Abstract]:IPTV is a kind of digital TV program which takes TV set, tablet computer and mobile phone as receiving devices and uses Internet decoder (network set-top box) to watch digital TV programs in real time.The development of network television also faces many obstacles. OTVTT (Internet TV) is produced and distributed by the national radio and television organization, and broadcast (enterprise) interactive television through the public Internet.It can exist independently from traditional TV.With the finalization of the three-network convergence scheme, Internet TV, as the most important product of the triple play era, will bring new changes to people's life, entertainment, study and work.
