基于WiFi的智能矿灯设计及负载均衡切换机制研究

【摘要】:随着国家对煤矿安全生产的重视,煤矿综合化系统逐渐应用于井下,在一定程度上控制了煤矿灾害的发生,,但仍存在很多问题。针对这些存在的问题,本文将无线WiFi技术引入煤矿有线通信系统,研制出一款集照明、周围环境感知、定位、人机交互以及预警等多种功能于一体的智能矿灯,实现井下的安全生产和高效管理。 论文结合煤矿井下特殊的物理环境,对WiFi技术井下适用性进行了分析,确定WiFi技术为井下无线通信方案,并设计出适合智能矿灯使用的矿山WiFi网络传输系统结构。智能矿灯采用模块化设计架构,由智能矿灯主板、传感器板、电源模块组成。文章分别介绍了智能矿灯主板、传感器板、电源模块的硬件电路原理图和软件程序实现。 煤矿井下为受限、长链状的巷道,热区效应明显,AP的接入负载有限。智能矿灯在AP切换过程中,并未考虑负载均衡问题,会影响WiFi网络的整体性能。本文结合煤矿巷道典型场景和影响负载的主要因素,提出了基于RSSI、吞吐量和错误率的负载均衡权值函数和负载均衡切换机制。通过将本文提出的负载均衡算法与基于RSSI、STA数目的负载均衡算法中吞吐量,负载均衡指数的比较,验证本文提出的负载均衡机制可有效地提高网络吞吐量和网络的性能,实现网络负载均衡。
[Abstract]:With the attention of the country to the safety of coal production, the integrated coal mine system has been gradually applied to the underground, to a certain extent, to control the occurrence of coal mine disasters, but there are still many problems.Aiming at these problems, this paper introduces the wireless WiFi technology into the coal mine wired communication system, and develops an intelligent mine lamp with the functions of lighting, environment perception, positioning, man-machine interaction and early warning, etc.To realize safe production and efficient management.Combined with the special physical environment of underground coal mine, this paper analyzes the applicability of WiFi technology downhole, determines that WiFi technology is the underground wireless communication scheme, and designs the structure of mine WiFi network transmission system suitable for intelligent mine lamp.The intelligent miner lamp adopts modular design structure, which is composed of intelligent miner lamp motherboard, sensor board and power supply module.This paper introduces the hardware circuit diagram and software realization of intelligent mine lamp motherboard, sensor board and power supply module respectively.The underground coal mine is a long chain roadway, the hot zone effect is obvious and the access load of AP is limited.In the process of AP switching, the intelligent mine lamp does not consider the problem of load balancing, which will affect the overall performance of WiFi network.Based on the typical scene of coal mine roadway and the main factors affecting load, the load balancing weight function and load balancing switching mechanism based on RSSI, throughput and error rate are proposed in this paper.By comparing the proposed load balancing algorithm with the load balancing algorithm based on RSSISTA number, it is proved that the proposed load balancing mechanism can effectively improve the network throughput and network performance.Realize network load balance.
