基于新媒体技术的数字视频业务解决方案

【摘要】：目前视频业务已逐渐成为现代通信服务的主要业务形态,新媒体技术则是对近年来此类相关新兴业务的总称,可以说,缺乏视频业务的新媒体平台几乎没有任何业务发展空间和市场生命力。因此,基于新媒体技术的数字视频业务是目前电信、网络、广播等服务运营商和各类业务应用的热点问题,是与新兴业务形态融合后最具有前景的业务发展方向,本文主要研究在新媒体技术条件下的新型数字视频业务解决方案。首先,论文介绍了现有常见的数字视频技术和业务类型,对其技术特点和业务应用情况进行了分析;并且针对不同的场景应用需求所采用的不同数字视频压缩标准,包括MPEG-2、H.264、H.265、AVS等各类标准的性能特点进行了总结;然后,针对新媒体技术的典型应用类型,结合现有的数字视频平台进行剖析,对主流的新媒体技术下的数字视频解决方案构架和平台设计进行了深入的分析;进一步结合“三网融合”、“多屏互动”、4K、裸眼3D等新兴数字视频应用需求,提出了一种通信业务运营在新媒体技术下的数字视频业务解决方案;最后,针对新媒体技术下数字视频业务的发展趋势和技术要求,给出新媒体业务形态下数字视频业务发展需要解决的关键问题和技术要点。
[Abstract]:At present, video service has gradually become the main service form of modern communication service, and new media technology is the general name for this kind of related new business in recent years. The new media platform that lacks video service almost has no business development space and market vitality. Therefore, the digital video service based on the new media technology is a hot issue for the telecom, network, broadcasting and other service operators and all kinds of service applications. It is the most promising service development direction after merging with the new service form. This paper mainly studies the new digital video service solution under the condition of new media technology. First of all, the paper introduces the common digital video technology and service types, analyzes its technical characteristics and service applications, and aims at different digital video compression standards for different scene applications. The performance characteristics of various standards, such as MPEG-2 / H.264 / H.265AVS and so on, are summarized, and then the typical application types of new media technology are analyzed in combination with the existing digital video platform. The architecture and platform design of digital video solutions under the mainstream new media technology are deeply analyzed, and the requirements of emerging digital video applications, such as "three networks fusion", "multi-screen interaction" 4K, naked eye 3D and so on, are further combined. This paper puts forward a digital video service solution for the communication service operation under the new media technology. Finally, aiming at the development trend and technical requirements of the digital video service under the new media technology, the paper puts forward a kind of digital video service solution under the new media technology. The key problems and technical points to be solved in the development of digital video services under the new media service are given.
