基于TMS320DM8168宽景视频监控系统

【摘要】:伴随信息化技术的发展和普及,视频监控系统己在各个领域得到了广泛的重视和运用。传统的视频监控大都以单个摄像头为节点与相连的电脑组成,这种监控系统视野相对来说比较局限,多数情况下存在着监控死角,监控效果往往不理想。而传统的宽景视频监控多数是基于个人电脑或专用的图像处理板的,其体积大、功耗高、隐蔽性差。 宽景视频监控系统,将传统的多个摄像头监控内容进行整合,采用图像拼接算法以及数字图像处理技术去除图像中的重叠区域,输出一种视野更加开阔的宽景视频数据流,从而大大增加了传统的监控范围,减小了监控死角的出现。因此,越来越受到人们的青睐。于此同时,基于嵌入式平台的监控系统具有成本低、体积小、功耗低、隐蔽性好的特性,克服了传统视频监控的多个不足。 本文以Linux为核心操作系统,选用以德州仪器公司(Texas Instruments, TI)最新推出的TMS320DM8168为核心的高性能嵌入式设备SEED-DVS8168为开发平台。利用SEED-DVS8168平台拓展的多路数据接口,同时采集两路场景视频内容进行视频拼接处理,获得比单个摄像头视野增加一倍的宽景视频输出显示。本文充分利用DM8168处理器内部集成的ARM处理器、数字信号处理(Digital Singnal Processor, DSP)以及图像处理协处理器的协同合作,完成了视频的预处理、视频拼接、视频压缩并组成了新的视频流以输出显示等过程。与传统的单核视频或ARM+DSP异构多核的视频监控不同的是,本文结合硬件平台的结构特点发挥各个子模块的特点,将系统划分为多个子系统进行模块化管理,把视频从采集到显示的各个过程分布到各个子系统,减小了传统监控单机处理的运算负载,大大提升了本系统的整体效率。本文重点对多系统之间的协同工作、消息通信以及数据共享的机制进行研究设计,同时针对多路图像采集的同步问题进行了处理。同传统视频监控相比,这种设计的宽景视频监控系统在相同的画面中提供更加丰富的视野空间和视觉内容,拥有者更好的用户体验。这种基于宽景的视频监控系统可应用在汽车安全驾驶、大型会场的监控、十字路口监控、楼盘介绍等诸多领域,这类对过程监控和大场景监控要求较高的监控场所特别适合使用宽景视频监控,并且具有低成本、低功耗、稳定性强、隐蔽性高等应用特点,因此具有很好的研究价值和实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of information technology, video surveillance system has been widely paid attention to and applied in various fields. Traditional video surveillance mostly consists of a single camera node and a connected computer. The visual field of this kind of monitoring system is relatively limited. In most cases, there is a monitoring dead angle, and the monitoring effect is often not ideal. Traditional wide-view video surveillance is based on personal computer or special image processing board, which is large in size, high in power consumption and poor in concealment. The wide-view video surveillance system integrates the traditional multi-camera monitoring content, uses the image mosaic algorithm and the digital image processing technology to remove the overlapping area in the image, and outputs a broad-view video data stream with a wider field of vision. Thus, the traditional monitoring range is greatly increased and the dead angle of monitoring is reduced. Therefore, more and more people favor. At the same time, the monitoring system based on embedded platform has the characteristics of low cost, small volume, low power consumption and good concealment, which overcomes many shortcomings of traditional video surveillance. In this paper, Linux is used as the core operating system, and the high performance embedded device SEED-DVS8168, which is the core of Texas Instruments-Texas Instruments (tie), is chosen as the development platform. Using the multi-channel data interface extended by the SEED-DVS8168 platform, two scene video contents are collected simultaneously for video mosaic processing, and the wide-view video output display is obtained, which is twice as large as the single camera field of view. In this paper, we make full use of the cooperation of ARM processor, Digital Singnal processor (DSP) and image processing coprocessor (DSP) to complete video preprocessing and video splicing. Video compression and composition of a new video stream to output display and other processes. Different from the traditional single-core video or ARM DSP heterogeneous multi-core video surveillance, this paper combines the structure of the hardware platform to give play to the characteristics of each sub-module, the system is divided into multiple subsystems for modular management. The video process from acquisition to display is distributed to each subsystem, which reduces the computational load of the traditional monitoring and control system, and greatly improves the overall efficiency of the system. In this paper, we focus on the research and design of cooperative work, message communication and data sharing among multi-systems. At the same time, we deal with the synchronization of multi-channel image acquisition. Compared with traditional video surveillance, the designed wide-view video surveillance system provides richer visual space and visual content in the same picture, and the owner has a better user experience. This kind of video surveillance system based on wide view can be used in many fields, such as safe driving of cars, monitoring of large meeting places, intersections monitoring, introduction of buildings, etc. This kind of monitoring places with high requirements for process monitoring and large scene monitoring are especially suitable for wide-view video surveillance, and have the characteristics of low cost, low power consumption, strong stability, high concealment and so on. Therefore, it has good research value and practical value.
