模块化高压开关电源的研制

【摘要】:目前,直流高压电源制造技术有传统工频和开关电源技术,传统工频高压电源在体积、重量、效率等方面受到一定限制,高压开关电源是由若干器件和独立电路组成,关键电路存在优化空间,这势必给电源的故障检测与维护造成障碍。因此,本文提出高压开关电源模块化的设计思想和相关优化措施。 本论文围绕高压开关电源模块化的设计思想为主线,重点进行高压开关电源整体设计:包括调压模块、逆变模块、升压模块和数字显示模块;然后开展拓扑结构研究和工作频率选择等工作。 在整体设计的基础上,首先重点阐述了主电路、驱动电路、保护电路、数字显示电路的设计原理和制作,为电源后续研制工作奠定了坚实的技术和硬件基础;然后深入开展高频高压变压器设计与实验研究,侧重解决波形失真、传输效率、高压绝缘和电磁兼容等技术难题;同时,实现倍压整流电路的仿真与优化;最后,完成高压开关电源模块化制造和样机测试。
[Abstract]:At present, the manufacturing technology of DC high voltage power supply has traditional power frequency and switching power supply technology. The traditional power supply is limited in volume, weight and efficiency. The high voltage switching power supply is composed of several devices and independent circuits. There is an optimization space in key circuits, which will inevitably cause obstacles to fault detection and maintenance of power supply. Therefore, this paper puts forward the modularization design idea and related optimization measures of high voltage switching power supply. This paper focuses on the modular design of high voltage switching power supply for the main line, focusing on the overall design of high voltage switching power supply: including voltage regulation module, inverter module, boost module and digital display module; Then the research of topology and the selection of working frequency are carried out. On the basis of the whole design, the design principle and manufacture of the main circuit, drive circuit, protection circuit and digital display circuit are expounded, which lays a solid technical and hardware foundation for the subsequent development of power supply. Then, the design and experimental research of high-frequency high-voltage transformer is carried out, which focuses on solving the technical problems such as waveform distortion, transmission efficiency, high-voltage insulation and electromagnetic compatibility. At the same time, it realizes the simulation and optimization of voltage doubling rectifier circuit. Complete modular manufacturing and prototype testing of high voltage switching power supply.
