基于RFID的室内物联网定位系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着电商和微商的不断发展,快递公司物流业务逐渐增长,与此同时公众对快递时限和服务的要求也越来越高,而传统的快递业务全部由人工处理,根本无法做到总包时限的全面管理,这其中的一个重要的原因就是对快递公司室内的仓库中的物品没有很好的进行定位。在业务高峰期,如春节,快递公司室内仓库等待处理的总包堆积如山,很多快递由于没有得到信息化系统的支持,出现了超时处理、延滞处理甚至快递丢失的情况。如何有效提升快递处理的效率,如何实现对快递包的追踪和定位和定位,并节约劳动成本和人力成本,对快递公司业务过程进行电子化改造迫在眉睫。由于移动终端的不断智能化,人们对导航和定位的需求也越来越高,对精度的需求也日益增加,就需要更为精确和实时的定位技术[10]。用户可以随时随地的使用定位技术,不管使用者是在餐厅,机场还是停车场,都可以对其进行定位。常用的定位技术除了GPS之外,还可以通过通信基站来定位,从而使得定位技术可以适应不同的环境。而目前大部分的监控系统是通过人工与电子监控报警相结合的方式来实现功能。本文在RFID及其室内定位工作原理的基础上,设计了包括读取器、标签、电源供电及数据显示和存储模块的硬件系统。硬件系统平台交互性强、无线通信系统低功耗、低成本,系统的可视化强,操作亦很方便。通过对RSSI值的获取和处理验证了系统的可行性和系统的各项功能。实验结果表明,基于RFID的室内物联网定位硬件系统可稳定的实现数据获取、存储等功能,达到了要求任务的要求。系统可以有效减少人工的参与,不仅降低了工作量,还提高了监控的覆盖率,提供的信息也更为可靠,从而保证监控的人员以及设施的安全,有效降低事故等的发生,提高效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of e-commerce and micro-merchants, the logistics business of express delivery companies has gradually increased. At the same time, the public demand for express delivery time limit and service is also increasing, while the traditional express business is all handled manually. One of the important reasons is that the goods in the warehouse of the express company are not well positioned. During the peak period of business, such as Spring Festival, the total package waiting to be processed by express delivery company indoor warehouse is piled up, many express delivery has not been supported by the information system, there appears the situation of overtime processing, delay processing and even express delivery loss. How to improve the efficiency of express delivery processing, how to realize the tracking and positioning of express package, and how to save labor cost and labor cost, it is urgent to reform the business process of express delivery company electronically. Because of the continuous intelligence of mobile terminals, the demand for navigation and positioning is becoming higher and higher, and the demand for accuracy is increasing. Therefore, more accurate and real-time positioning technology is needed [10]. Users can use location technology anytime, anywhere, whether in a restaurant, airport or parking lot. In addition to GPS, the commonly used location technology can also be located by communication base station, which makes the location technology adapt to different environments. At present, most of the monitoring systems are realized by the combination of manual and electronic monitoring and alarm. Based on the working principle of RFID and its indoor positioning, this paper designs a hardware system including reader, label, power supply, data display and storage module. The hardware system platform is interactive, the wireless communication system has low power consumption, low cost, strong visualization and convenient operation. The feasibility of the system and the functions of the system are verified by obtaining and processing the RSSI value. The experimental results show that the hardware system of indoor Internet of things location based on RFID can achieve data acquisition and storage functions stably and meet the requirements of the task. The system can effectively reduce the labor participation, not only reduce the workload, but also improve the coverage of monitoring, provide more reliable information, thus ensuring the safety of monitoring personnel and facilities, effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents, etc. Improve efficiency.
