广播电视发射台站监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,收听广播或观赏电视节目作为茶余饭后的主要休闲活动,落后的模拟电视和广播与高质量、多样化的精神文化生活需求严重不匹配。国家为了解决这一矛盾而加大了发射台站的建设力度以便有效提高偏远地区覆盖率。但是,近年来频繁曝出的播出事故给社会带来了不良的影响。如何提高广播电视节目的播出质量是推行新型台站建设高标准所面临的刻不容缓的问题。广播电视发射台站监控系统作为解决当下问题、降低运维成本的手段应运而生,而借助监控系统对分散台站的管理模式也成为了广电行业研究新热点。本文根据传输发射系统特殊环境下的业务要求,采用.NET Framework作为系统的开发平台来实现用户需求。基于ASP.NET MVC 3和Entity Framework技术组合,以分布式缓存和MS SQL Server 2008 R2为数据交互的桥梁,将系统划分为三个模块实现。其中,为了实现多级监控和移动办公的要求,采用了B/S结构的设计模式,通过分布式架构布控后台服务器、树形式的多级联控框架设计,合理安排各部分业务功能提高系统的处理效率。系统每个底层模块采用独立的组件式设计思路,通过网络完成数据交互配合完成来自上层应用的业务请求。针对系统面临着管理诸多不同类型的问题,在采集子系统设计上,有效地利用了XML配置文件的功能,以最小代价实现系统的扩展和升级。另一方面,利用HTTP服务器的特点,将数据服务视为网络资源以便井然有序的管理不同角色和资源。本系统可用于局域网环境下的市或县的监控该中心,可独立运行或加入多级监控网,集可靠性高、可扩展能力强、维护方便等诸多优点于一身,为保证广播电视节目安全高效播出提供强有力的支持。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards in our country, listening to radio or watching TV programs as the main leisure activities after a meal, the backward analog television and radio and high quality, diversified spiritual and cultural life needs are seriously mismatched. In order to solve this contradiction, the country has stepped up the construction of launch stations to effectively improve the coverage of remote areas. However, in recent years, the frequent exposure of broadcast accidents to the society has brought adverse effects. How to improve the broadcasting quality of radio and television programs is an urgent problem to implement the high standard construction of new stations. As a means to solve the problem and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance, the monitoring system of radio and television transmission station emerges as the times require, and the management mode of decentralized station with the help of monitoring system has become a new research hotspot in radio and television industry. In this paper, according to the requirements of the special environment of the transmission and transmitting system, the. Net Framework is adopted as the development platform of the system to realize the user's requirements. Based on the combination of ASP.NET MVC 3 and Entity Framework, the distributed cache and MS SQL Server 2008 R2 are used as the bridge of data interaction. The system is divided into three modules. In order to realize the requirement of multilevel monitoring and mobile office, the design pattern of B / S structure is adopted. Reasonable arrangement of each part of the business functions to improve the system processing efficiency. Each bottom module of the system adopts an independent component-based design idea, and completes the data interaction through the network to complete the business request from the upper application. In order to solve the problem of managing many different types of system, the XML configuration file is utilized effectively in the design of the collection subsystem, and the system is extended and upgraded at the minimum cost. On the other hand, taking advantage of the characteristics of HTTP server, the data service is regarded as a network resource to manage different roles and resources in an orderly manner. The system can be used to monitor the center of the city or county under the local area network environment. It can run independently or join the multi-level monitoring network. It has many advantages, such as high reliability, strong extensibility, convenient maintenance and so on. In order to ensure radio and television programs safe and efficient broadcast to provide strong support.
