基于物联网的公共图书馆服务体系研究与应用

【摘要】:物联网是继计算机、互联网与移动通信网之后,世界信息技术革命的第三次浪潮,将发展成为一个具有上万亿元规模的高科技市场。物联网自1999年提出以来,关于它的研究已展现出全方位兴起的态势,引起世界各国的高度关注。物联网(Internet of Things)是指通过射频识别(RFID:Radio frequency identification)、红外感应器、全球定位系统、激光扫描器等信息传感设备,按约定的协议,把任何物品与互联网相连接,进行信息交换和通信,以实现对物品的智能化识别、定位、跟踪、监控和管理的一种网络。随着现代社会信息化进程的不断发展,图书馆作为重要的基础文化设施,面临信息量大、管理难度大、人工操作状态下难以及时到位的压力,图书馆的工作越来越繁重,传统的公共图书馆采用条形码扫描和磁条识别等方法,很难对图书资源进行快速、精准的管理。物联网技术的出现,不仅创新了图书馆自动化管理模式,提高了图书馆的运营管理水平,而且实现图书馆与读者互动的人性化服务,提高馆员的工作效率,加强图书藏、借、阅一体化的功能,增强了图书馆的安全性、准确性、可靠性和扩展性,促进了图书馆智能化发展的需求。本文通过对物联网体系建设的RFID、二维码、传感网络等几项关键技术的分析,针对图书馆服务和管理的特点,找到物联网技术在公共图书馆合理应用的契合点,提出一种物联网环境下的公共图书馆新型服务体系,并设计一套简单实用基于物联网关键技术的图书馆信息综合管理系统。探索基于物联网关键技术下的图书馆服务体系,不仅可以使公共图书馆传统服务模式能更好的适应图书馆发展的需要,同时可以为公共文化服务未来的创新和开拓提供新的思路,更充分的发挥图书馆在公共文化服务中的作用。因此,本文的研究将具有较高的实用价值,对我国公共图书馆的发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The Internet of things is the third wave of the world information technology revolution after the computer, Internet and mobile communication network, which will develop into a high-tech market with a scale of several trillion yuan. Since the Internet of things was put forward in 1999, the research on the Internet of things has shown a trend of all-around rise, which has attracted the attention of countries all over the world. Internet of things (Internet of things) refers to information sensing devices such as RFID: radio frequency identification devices, infrared sensors, global positioning systems, laser scanners, and so on. According to an agreed protocol, any object is connected to the Internet for information exchange and communication. In order to achieve the intelligent identification, positioning, tracking, monitoring and management of items a network. With the continuous development of information technology in modern society, libraries, as important basic cultural facilities, face the pressure of large amount of information, great difficulty of management, and difficulty of being in place in time under the condition of manual operation, and the work of libraries is becoming more and more heavy. The traditional public libraries use bar code scanning and magnetic stripe recognition, so it is difficult to manage library resources quickly and accurately. The appearance of Internet of things technology not only innovates the library automation management mode, improves the library management level, but also realizes the humanized service of the interaction between the library and the reader, enhances the librarian's work efficiency, strengthens the library collection, borrows the books. The function of the integration of reading and reading enhances the security, accuracy, reliability and expansibility of the library, and promotes the demand of the intelligent development of the library. Based on the analysis of RFID, QR code, sensor network and other key technologies in the construction of the Internet of things system, and in view of the characteristics of library service and management, this paper finds out the fit point for the rational application of the Internet of things technology in public libraries. This paper presents a new service system of public library under the environment of Internet of things, and designs a simple and practical library information management system based on the key technology of the Internet of things. Exploring the library service system based on the key technology of the Internet of things can not only make the traditional service mode of the public library better meet the needs of the library development. At the same time, it can provide new ideas for the future innovation and development of public cultural services, and give full play to the role of libraries in public cultural services. Therefore, the study of this paper will have higher practical value, and it is of great significance to the development of public libraries in China.
